Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. The bank couldn’t verify the instant check they issued and when called the man that answered the call had no clue had to ask someone else for an answer and disrespected me over the phone.

Elena really knows her stuff! She had just received her doctorate so I knew I was in good hands. The year before I used someone else. Well the irs sends me a letter letting me know I'm being audited. They were closed due to Covid, but Elena let me drop it off at the office in the mailbox and she took care of it. Even though it wasn't her mistake. I WILL ALWAYS BE USING HER!

I am all too happy to write a review on these people. Customer service is horrible. You have to call an email multiple times just to reach someone only to have them call you back. The filing fee they charge is extremely higher than most places and they don't disclose what their fees are unless you ask or look at your taxes after the fact. People please take your business somewhere else these people are not worth the headache and the pain.
