“They done a excellent job on my truck Rebuilt transmission It worked good for a year and a half They gave me a warranty Started having a few issues. The trans quit Working. “Michael at Transmission Hero is one of my all time mechanic hero's. it took three times to find the leak in my trans and get it right and by God he did! After the second try Michael was humble and honest enough to admit to me that on the first two tries he had his 'not as skilled as him' guys do the job and thats why i was back for the third try. Once he laid HIS golden hands on my trans it was healed. During all of this i was totally expecting the usual bullshit of "Well thats a different leak and it will cost more. ..." he did non of that. After the leak was fixed my trucks check engine light came on. i took it to my friend and truck God Kevin at Coosa Valley 4 Wheel Drive. Kevin found that one of the batteries was not only different from the other, but that it was a totally different TYPE of battery. I took pics and sent them to Michael. Michael and his friend immediately jumped in his lory and drove the 15 or so miles to Coosa Valley 4 Wheel Drive. Turns out one of his 'not so skilled' guys drained the battery and instead of informing Michael he just tossed in a battery from an old jeep sitting around the yard. Once again Michael and his friend jumped in his lory and went and bought a brand new battery and installed it on the spot. Michael humbly apologized for all the shenanigans regarding the trans leak, never attempted to gaslight me to charge me more and promised to give a glorious ass chewin to the "not-so-skilled" workers. What a guy. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Michael and Angel. you kids ROCK!”
