Where to start. I moved here and it took 4 months for them to change my address. I was receiving a package and it got lost in the mail then it finally showed up then I sent a package out and had it Express delivered and it took it a month to get there It never left Cedartown post office for 3 weeks. Next package I mailed showed up dented and late. Now heading to Cedartown to pick up a package because it can't deliver it to my house tried to call nobody's answering tried three times third time someone answered and hung up and now we're probably driving there for nothing

Hit and run killed my mailbox so I notified the post office that we couldn't get repairs done until the weekend. New box is up, so I called back to let them know we are back in action. They held my mail and packages for 3 days and delivered it to my door! They did not know we are elderly and disabled so I applaud their service! Well done and THANK YOU

I was suppose to get mail that my business needed to sign for. I got a note in the mailbox that said oh we tried but no one was there. I was in the office and I have it on multiple cameras, they did no such thing. They didn't even take the time to fill out that note they had it ready to go to shove in the box. They never even attempted to go to the office door. We have dozens of cameras and a ring camera plus regular door bells they made no such attempt! If you're paid extra for this feature you need to do your job! That was the laziest thing I've ever witnessed. I wish i could post the full video not just pictures it's shameful!

If I could give a zero so this is not my first issue with them so I'm calling the attorney general and calling the police as far as I'm concerned my package was stolen by the mail driver who never showed up eather way they need all new staff I spoke w a supervisor who was no help and didn't care about my missing package so guess time to go above and beyond. Next step then news crew.. I've been to bad restaurants and bad other places and this post service is by far the absolute worst of the worst

Two packages in two days -one sent to the wrong place (another town) and the other one marked as delivered but it was not. It may be sitting on someone else’s front porch. The service from this post office has gotten worse by the day. We don’t get mail in a timely fashion and packages are always in limbo. Do something to fix this mess!!

sent a pkg back on Jan 5th, going to NJ, checked online pkg is "still moving thru the system" and its been 12 days sent I sent it. Called the 800 number, never could speak to a live person, so their system was abslutely useless, then I called the local Cedartown post office to get info, and they would never answer the phone. The USPS is useless, should close them down and just just 3rd party mailings....just terrible

Received notice for my delivery yesterday that "the customer requested the package be returned to the post office to be picked up." I did no such thing. Notification was posted at 7:33 pm. I was home. Went to the post office I'm Cedartown and the clerk went to look, came back empty handed saying that courier was taking packages out because it was dark to deliver last night.Another clerk came out with my package as I was about to leave with the rest of my mail. Needless to say I was pretty angry. I'd have been more angry if I'd gone home thinking it was there and it being delivered late again. Our mail doesn't get here usually after 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

I would definitely give them a zero. My grandparents paid $35 to get the package it’s sent out on Monday to get to me on Wednesday. They talk to the lady directly and she said I should receive it before six. I have not received it it is Thursday. It’s still nowhere to be seen, they always leave my grandparents mailbox open and they always send the incorrect mail to us or us in our mail to the other people in the neighborhood. They are terrible. They need to work on customer service. They do not answer phone calls. They need to be revamped, revisit, and re-educated on proper process of customer service. I am highly annoyed. My grandparents are over the age of 80 I feel like they were miss used in that they scammed him out their money.
