My son and I always go to Russell Cellular to upgrade our phones. We just upgraded to the iPhone 18 this past weekend. Jennifer A. is always amazing, quick and knowledgeable when it comes to the plans and the phone itself. We will never go anywhere else while Jennifer is there!
