I have a teenage daughter and American Eagle is the best place in town for me to buy her pants. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The American Eagle Store inside The Galleria Mall, has officially won me over!! Actually my HUGE SHOUTOUT is for the manager who assisted me…Jonna!! She was very patient with me as I am not a shopper and dreaded having to look for an outfit BUT she jumped right in and started showing me different styles and how to mix them up to make it go from day to evening wear!! She actually made my day better and we even had a few good laughs!! I will most definitely be going back soon!!
If buy chance anyone reading my review is looking for a great shopping experience…

Love how friendly and helpful all the staff are in AE. The store is always clean and neat. It makes my shopping experience so much easier, and the manager is always checking to make sure I've been helped or seeing if I need any help. she speaks to everyone in the store and is very kind. Their customer service is unmatched. Love AE!

Came by the American Eagle in Centerville GA at 10:37am and the doors were shut. I thought maybe it was because of the cold weather. I tried every door and all doors were locked. A lady saw me trying and didn’t come to unlock them. Will during slow January times to not try harder.

The woman who I assume is the manager, because all of the sweet young ladies were asking her questions and she handled most returns, is extremely rude and speaks to people like they’re stupid. Nor is she honest. If you have an issue, save your time and take it above her. She does not want to help you.

Overall really helpful staff. I went in tried on two pair jeans same style different sizes. While in the dressing room, I noticed a spot on one pair. So I asked the lady, "I am assuming the manager if they had another pair because that one had a spot. She had someone to check but they did not. She asked if I had checked both stacks for the size. My response was yes. She then proceeds to ask me about another color but same style. I explained, I wanted that color as they were for a project. I then asked if she could take something off the price of $59.95. She quickly said no. My problem with this is that either she put them back on the floor for someone else to purchase or will have to place on clearance.I had her to call the Macon store where I ended up making my purchase and will continue to make my purchases as long as she is employed at the Centerville location. I was not please with the way she handled this situation at all.

I'm really short so I never really find pants that fit me but their sizes have short and long options and that's really awesome to me because the short option almost always fits perfectly. They even have triple 0s. When I went yesterday, they didn't have what I was looking for but Sara was really nice and helpful and showed me everything that could suffice for what I was looking for and offered to get it shipped to the store for me for free. She helped a lot, without her I probably would have been a little irritated at the trip so thank you Sara.
