I took my old school there and they treated it like it was fresh out of the showroom. The front desk staff are very professional and really courteous the techs are the best I have seen in a long time they go over everything they find and discuss how you want them to proceed

Excellent experience from start to finish. They offered me several options for a new stereo for my truck and explained the tradeoffs in cost, features, and performance. Got me scheduled quickly, completed the job on time, and communicated well throughout. I thought the price was very fair as well. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but had to in this case. I went to Audio Zoo in Warner Robins this past Friday to see if I could find a sound bar for my new Polaris Ranger. I was overwhelmed by the cool stuff they had in there, but the best part was the help they gave. Jason helped me figure out what I needed and everything I needed to install it. He and the other guys there were awesome. Big shout out to all of them!

Had a problem with the subs on my Harley. Kevin tracked down the problem corrected the wiring swapped out a amp and remodified the bags to fit better subs all one day. Awesome job even detailed the bike!!! Thanks bro

Audio Zoo on South Houston Lake WR, technicians Kevin and Bryan did an outstanding job installing a new Pioneer radio system, with dash camera, back up camera and new speakers.Kevin and Bryan were so great at this total process and the installation was great.These guys are true professionals in there work.Thank you so much!!!I recommend anyone needing any car electronics equipment go see Audio Zoo in Warner Robins. Took my truck to this place to get headrest monitors replaced, ceiling screen replaced, and windows re tinted and backup camera. Dude gave me a quote and we agreed on the install. 4days later they call saying it's ready for pickup with a disclaimer saying some things weren't done on it. Backup camera, headrests, ceiling monitor they installed was larger and more expensive than what was agreed upon. Then gave me excuses on what they could do and not do at the end of the transaction. They may have done good work for everyone else but I wasted money here.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys in the ZOO! I took my recently purchased 2023 Toyota Tacoma into the Audio Zoo back in Warner Robins in January of this year to get an estimate on a new stereo system. Kevin and Jason were great! I have read a few negative reviews about the service and this makes me wonder if these unhappy customers wouldn’t know incredible customer service if it hit them right between the eyes! This place is super busy and these guys do their best to wait on people as quickly as they can. Be patient and you’ll be glad you did.Kevin and Jason recommended a JVC KW-V960BW head unit with Kenwood Excelon KFC-XP6902C component speakers for the front speakers. This also came with new tweeters to replace the factory ones. For the back speakers they installed Kenwood Excelon KFC–X174 for the rear speakers. They installed a DD Design LE-508D 8” ported sub powered by a Rockford Fosgate R2-750X5 750 watt 5-Channel amp. This system sounds great. I am 100% pleased. Kevin is by far the installation czar and Jason knows his business!Thanks for all the great service and help guys. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else for your sound system. Oh yeah, they are installing fog lights on my truck as we speak!

Outside of the part taking longer(not their fault) but lack of communication and weak excuses. I took my car in at 9 am and didn't hear from them until I called at 3:07 pm car isn't finished. Came to the building at 5:57 pm and sat in the waiting area til 7 pm. Got my car seat covers messed up they left tools in my car. The old device was left in my car. No user manual guess I have to learn it on my own. Personal item that was in my glove box was left on my front seat. Sorry first and last time here. Yes, I'm unhappy.

Let's just say Kelvin @Audiozoo understood the assignment. Had 1st went and had some installs done by their competitors and to say the least wasn't as near as satisfied as I am with my recent installs. Kelvin went over, beyond, and followed up to ensure great customer satisfaction. I now have a nice quality sound that is greatly appreciative. I would definitely recommend Audio Zoo for your sound system needs.

I normally don’t give 5 stars but have to in this case. Jason and Bryan set us up with a new system and treated us personably making sure they put in everything we wanted in the system! It sounds SO good! How refreshing to leave the car with them worry free. Oh and I left out the best part. The price was best in town. These are folk you can trust!

These guys #audiozoo are the best. Odd situation: my daugther's finger nail got stuck in the button of the radio of my van then the whole radio system didn't work. Only option was to replace the whole thing $$$ but I think, the owner, took his time to give me other referalls of people who might help me to avoid these costs. And Bryann, the other guy, offered to take a look, he got out his pocket knife, and after some struggling HE GOT THE NAIL OUT!!!. Saving me a bunch of money for FREE!!!. God bless you Bryan, my pleasure to meet good people like them, they are not just for business but to really help people. With this act of generosity you can reasure an honest work from them.

Took my 05 Mustang GT in on 4/6/23 and even though Jason had originally had me scheduled for the 7th he was able to squeeze me in after a cancellation. The guys not only got me a great deal on a new Jensen head unit touchscreen CAR710X-BC but we were able to get 2 new front pioneer 6x8 speakers installed as well. Car sounds so much better and it will be going back for the rear speaker replacement and my husbands F250 is getting windows tinted next weekend. Great prices super professional and extremely friendly crew. Highly recommend.
