Melanie was very helpful and assisted me in picking out a few really great fragrances based off of the scent notes I enjoy. The store was overall very clean and one of the most organized Bath and Bodyworks I’ve been to. This one is located inside of the Galleria mall across from the food court.

I love BBW in general but AVOID this store if you have any coupons to use. They won't let you use coupons on any general sale items which is ridiculous! I have never had any issues at the Macon or Atlanta stores but this location makes up rules as they go. They also are unaware of promotions that are going on as I had to show the associate on my phone about a promotion that stated it is happening BOTH online and in stores that she was unaware of and telling customers there is no sale. I think you should be aware of company promotions and not have customers tell you. I will definitely avoid this location if I ever have coupons.

I LOVE Bath and Body Works! The scents and quality of the products are untouched. The Centerville and Macon locations are the closest to me and I'm super satisfied with the store. The employees are sweet as can be, give you the warmest welcomes and are always ready to help.I just purchased a large order with them for their new year sale.out of thirty something products, 3 of my products came in damaged (soap dispensers). I emailed customer support about the issue and within a week, they sent me my new products in place of the damaged ones.

The store was crazy busy today. They were limiting how many people came inside. But they had several people helping on the floor, and several people were working the cash register, so the line went quickly. The employees were all super friendly as well.
