I LOVE Bath and Body Works! The scents and quality of the products are untouched. The Centerville and Macon locations are the closest to me and I'm super satisfied with the store. The employees are sweet as can be, give you the warmest welcomes and are always ready to help.I just purchased a large order with them for their new year sale.out of thirty something products, 3 of my products came in damaged (soap dispensers). I emailed customer support about the issue and within a week, they sent me my new products in place of the damaged ones.

The store was crazy busy today. They were limiting how many people came inside. But they had several people helping on the floor, and several people were working the cash register, so the line went quickly. The employees were all super friendly as well.

They raise their prices and they lower them.some so.u think.its a good deal but no..18.00 a bottle for hand cream is way to.much.they used to have really good deals but now ...I want buy anything from.then.now

The first time visiting this location in years. The store was a little slow to open up. I was there before opening because I was heading to work. I was greeted by the store manager Jessica. Jessica was very customer friendly and made me feel welcome. Now Nila the associate needs some training on how to communicate with customers. She didn't speak or make the customers know that there would be a small delay in her getting signed in. Her disposition was initially was unacceptable behavior and had me wanting to travel to the Macon location. I was one of the 3 customers that had online pickup orders.

I don't like this particular location and will order online before I shop here! I only go there when I need to return or exchange something. Everytime you go, it's a new set of employees, that should tell you something right there! Recently went in to just get store credit on some gifts I didn't care for the fragrance of. The white lady at the register didn't even greet me, just immediately said "I don't have no control over what the register does". I said first off, good morning & what are you talking about? So apparently they've done something where products scan way lower, like 2+ or 3+ dollars max regardless if the product isn't even opened or used. ?I was told it's a new return system because ppl were returning almost completely used products. 1st off why even take something that a person obviously liked & used up & let them get new products for? I blame them for even allowing it before. They also scan your drivers license (what a joke this is?) The employee's attitude was just not friendly. She was loud & very weird as if they have a problem when you bring something back. I said ma'am I don't care what the products scan just give me store credit and if it's something you can't take throw it in the trash, it's not that serious. I don't know why ppl with attitudes get these customer service type jobs.You're on a job getting a paycheck you're not doing any kind of favor for me. I think the black manager Tisha left, although I'm not sure because I rarely go in this location. She was one of the best and friendliest person I've met that worked there. If she has left this Centerville location, good for her and I wish her all the best. The other manager Mel (yeah, she still there?) is a hit or miss because In the past, she's been unfriendly too.I'll be gifting one of my students that little merchandise card when we return from spring break! I've told all my friends & family & husband to gift me candles, hand soaps or sanitizers if they get me something from bath and body works because I don't wear that stuff and it just piles up! I cannot stand this location. Period! ?I'll happily pay shipping & live 5 minutes from this store ?

The Bath and Body works in the Galleria Mall , Centerville Georgia, is amazing. I am ALWAYS greeted, approached with shopping bags, which promote sales, informed of the current sale and always thanked. The staff provides a great shopping experience. I just wish they would bring back the Aroma Therapy line, Thankful is my favorite and I haven't been able to find it for over two years now. Otherwise, you will have a great experience at that location.

I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I tried to use a coupon, which didn’t scan. First of all, I work customer service and I know that you can price adjust things. Considering that I let them know that this was the third time I had tried to use that coupon and I had been on the phone with customer service that morning, you would think they would do that, but no. They told me to place a BOOIS order. Okay cool. Except that their website was saying that they didn’t have things in stock that were in my bag for me to place the BOPIS order, and they had more than one in stock because I saw them. So I wasn’t able to place the BOPIS order. I’m getting pretty annoyed by then, but that isn’t their fault either. The price adjusting thing I really feel like was, but that wasn’t.So then I go and I wait in line again. This will be the fourth time that I have tried to purchase from there. I get to the front of the line, I go up to the girl and I explain to her that I tried to place a BOPIS order, my coupon hadn’t worked, and the items for my order was right behind her. That point I was just going to buy what I could without the coupon. Did she ring me up? NO. She laughed, and said “I’m new. A manager is going to have to help with that.” And then wave the next person in line up. Not really sure why she couldn’t ring up items that were literally sitting right next to her. But whatever, maybe the manager will come up and price adjust it like I know she can.Can you all please explain to your employees that if you were going to laugh at a customer and say that you have to get a manager to handle that, it would be helpful to CALL THE MANAGER UP??? . I stood there for another few minutes, at the front of the line, just looking around waiting for this manager to show up, until it occurred to me that this woman hadn’t even called her upfront, nor has she told anyone that she needed to come upfront. Meanwhile, every single cashier saw me standing right there, and was calling everybody else up except me, despite the fact that I was standing in the front of the line. I was being quiet and patient and they just ignored me, presumably Because their coworker had just said that the manager needed to handle it, but she hadn’t actually bothered to contact the manager.Then when I left, I explain to the manager what happened, and she said that she understood that I was frustrated and that was it. There was no offer to ring me up, no offer to walk to the store and, and make sure that I didn’t have to stand in line again. I work in customer service. What is going on at that store???

Worst Customer Service I have EVER experienced at any BBW location I have ever visited and I am a very frequent customer. Yesterday I received my order from Candle Day and 2 of my 18 candles were broken. So today in my errands I attempted to take the 2 candles in its original packing back to the store. Well the female at the door stops me as I’m walking and and says I need to go to the back of the line because they had a line for entry which was pretty long. I proceed to tell her because she obviously did not notice the large box in my hand that I am simply trying to turn in some broken candles. She could care less that I have ALL READY spent money with this company and just wanted the error corrected all she cared about was the line as if I was there to shop! I am completely furious and I would NOT suggest this location to anyone until she is removed (Black Female) this mishandling of my visit today will not go with being brought to management’s attention.
