Belk is a department store offering a wide selection of men’s and women’s clothes, shoes, beauty, fragrances, home décor, kitchen appliances, and more. Customers find a great selection of men’s dress wear and thousands of styles from favorite designer brands. The store is clean and not too crowded, with a lot of sale price signs. It carries lines of clothing that other locations may not have. The staff is consistently noted as being very helpful, courteous, kind, nice, and smiling. Employees provide fantastic service, making the shopping experience a pleasure. They are helpful in finding products and will match prices found on the Belk website. The store has recently been renovated, offering a greater selection than ever. Shopping is made effortless with convenient in-store, online, and in-app options.
The employees are really nice people! That being said, they always seem to be understaffed. If they aren't, then there are many that aren't doing their jobs or being managed poorly.
