The individuals who work on computers are extremely knowledgeable and can get you up and running in short order. I have had to replace an old computer that had a component to die on me. Purchased a computer there, and in 2 days, he had me transferred up and running no data or programs lost. The last time virus locked me up and in a day, they cleaned it up, and I was working again

Rick repaired my 2015, 27" iMac that had a Failed Hard Drive
The first shop I visited told me a repair was unlikely. At the second shop, I was told that immediate help was out of town. At the third shop, Computer Dreams, I had a panic attack when I walked inside. Despite the overwhelm of computer parts dispersed about the store, I saw Rick and came to him with my repair concerns. After he answered my questions, I leaned into a gut feeling and left my computer with him.
He repaired my desktop SAME DAY!
I am so grateful for Rick, his expertise in his field, as well as his business that he uses to serve our community! Wish I had seen him first! Will be back for any repair future needs.

They had my dead PC in and out in less than a day.. my boot drive had died... They tested to verify it.. I left it for the day with them while they tested.. told them if it was the boot drive.. to go ahead and replace it and upgrade it to 1 tb.. great work.. they have always treated me well.
