Gloria that checked me out at register helped get my coupons pulled up and was so sweet had a smile the entire time she waited on me ! It’s nice to know there are still people that have great customer service skills !! Thank you again Gloria

My fave store but the manager I assume(short older Caucasian lady with short cut) was rude and mean. She called me a man and tried to stop me from using the fitting room despite clearly seeing that I was a mother with my young daughter entering to try on clothes. She harassed me twice about it after ignoring her both times I told I’m obviously a female. There was no apology she sent a young lady to stand at the fitting room entrance entire time we were inside. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I walked out to witness all employees staring at me as if they were talking about me. Next thing I witness is her being upset because a customer sat their items down at the register while they ran to grab another item off the rack. She proceeded to take the items and slam them behind the register and instructed the cashier to not allow customers to leave their items on top. She was not kind nor welcoming at all. It was very strange because I’ve always had a pleasant day of shopping anytime I shop at this Jcpenny. I wish I had recorded her because I’m sure corporate would not want their store ran like this. I pray she’s not there when and if I ever decide to return.

I couldn’t do my survey on the official JCPenney medallia website, but I had to leave a review about Janelle in the beauty department. I walked in with the intention not to buy anything. I left with so many great finds thanks to her. She recommended so many great products, told us about the sales and promos and she was just great. If you are looking to try some great beauty brands stop by JCPenney and ask Janelle to help you!!

This is a good JC Pennys to shop for clothes. My husband found a good suit for a special event perfect in size. We had an unexpected issue with our JC PENNYS card and Ms. ERICA ‘s customer service went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with promptness, skillfullness and efficiency. We hope the employee is appreciated and acknowledged for her dedication!
