Took my daughter Wednesday to get some shoes. Was not greeted by anyone when we walked in. She found a pair she liked and I had to ask this girl if she even worked there she didn’t say anything but just took the shoes and I told her what size. Then proceeded to not speak during the entire transaction. Didn’t say a word.

Don't order on line or let the store order for you on line, if your order gets canceled it takes forever to get a refund. My order was canceled in July and still no refund, I'm being told now the end of Sept for refund.. I will not let the store place an order ever again

Ordered and paid for shoes in the store 5 March…..still don’t have them!!!! They say delivered, but that is not true. They use FedEx for delivery which hire thieves as drivers and I still haven’t been contacted about my refund from customer service. Do not shop here if you can’t pick up in the store because they will keep your money and you will not get the product you paid for with your hard earned cash! As a matter of fact don’t give this company any of your money!

I have never purchased anything from Journey before this day and I was very happy with the whole experience. I was buying shoes for my girlfriend and she was happy to finally find the UGG slipper that all the other stores were sold out of. The staff was super helpful and funny with helping out my girlfriend as well as cracking a few jokes at me that make the whole experience even better! I definitely will be returning here in the future when shopping in the Atlantic Station area for shoes.

I went in to return a pair of shoes that didn't provide a lot of arch support. The people that were working at that time were not only helpful but they gave me several alternative suggestions. I had to be somewhere else and didn't have the time to try things on. I will be back. Thank You for your help!
