My previous CVS had a male pharmacist for while that was just no help at all. If he didn’t have something it was on you to go find it.
Not so with 3012 Houston road location at the corner of Houston and Hartley. There are two on Hartley bridge road. This is the one furthest from I- 75 at Houston road end of Hartley.
If they don’t have something, they call other CVS stores trying to find it for you and if that doesn’t work they will let you know when they expect it or tell you a competing pharmacy to try.
Again, friendly and always helpful. I generally deal with Tina who is one of the pharmacist or Ginger at the window but I’ve get great service from everyone there.”

“I want to acknowledge Marc in the pharmacy for his assistance and compassion today. My son accidentally threw his medicine in the trash. My insurance company authorized an emergency refill, if the pharmacist approves. My insurance called and spoke with Jasmine. She said no. I called and practically begged Jasmine to authorize the refill, she said no! She said it’s up to the pharmacist and they don’t usually give emergency refills on C2 meds. I said I understand you don’t usually do it, but my son needs his meds to be successful in school. Will you please authorize his meds? I’m not asking you to refill Percocets or anything. I explained to her again that it’s to help my son focus in school and he has Milestone tests next week. Jasmine dismissed me and told me to call Marc, which I did. Jasmine showed no concern, compassion or empathy for my situation. Marc didn’t hesitate to help me and had my son’s medicine ready within 2 hours! It costs nothing to be compassionate and understanding and Jasmine lacks both! I’m thankful I was able to speak with Marc and I will ask for him moving forward. Thank you again, Marc!!”
