“The Byron Post Office has great customer service and efficient employees. Use this one if you can, the Warner Robins Post Office has horrible customer service.”

“Had a lost Christmas package. It said it'd been delivered according to the tracking number, but I didn't have it. Long story short, I called and was quickly able to speak with an actual human. Kurt was very patient on the phone, looking up the most current information (more current than I could see on my end) about the package and explained where he thought the package might be and when I could probably expect it. (It got sent back through the system because it had been mistakenly delivered while our mail was being held.) He also acknowledged that he may be incorrect, as much of the package scanning is automated. Therefore, he quickly searched the mailroom (it wasn't there), and because he thought it might be at the Perry office, he searched there as well, personally, the next morning. He called back after the (again fruitless) search to give recommendations on what my next step should be. Thankfully, the package was delivered in the time frame he had originally estimated when I called. But, even if it had not, it was so nice to talk with a caring and competent employee who did their best to make sure I had all the help he was able to offer. While he didn't personally lose or mishandle my package, he was sympathetic and willing to go over and beyond to help me get what I ordered.”

“Went in and was looking to grab a package transferred from UPS. Worked with Mario who was innovated with customers and if I’m going to give a negative review, it’s for the people he had to deal with. He stayed professional as did the postmaster when the issues flowed over to him. In the end, he grabbed my package for me and remained professional while customers were a little on edge for the things outside of his control. Well done Mario and Bonaire post office.”
