The biggest mistake, they told me two weeks and it’s 3 1/2 weeks and they don’t even know the status. Dropped of my frames or I would have already told the never mind. Had prescription put into Ray Ban sunglasses at Browns eye center because Stanton could not do it at all. I got them back in two weeks just like I was told. Should have went there for both pair. I will never go to Stanton again and would advise against anyone going. What a joke.

Paid $25 for a warranty on lenses and they would not honor the warranty without me paying a percentage. The lenses were fading and had spots. Cheap. They lost my whole family

Samantha, Key and Amanda were great at the Warner Robins office. So helpful and I'm really satisfied with the price I paid for my glasses. The doctor who did my virtual exam was really nice and patient with me as well. I would recommend them for sure!

This is a very professional eye care clinic. I went months ago and got their membership that included 4 free frames. I referred my sister and she had a great experience as well. I don’t mind that the eye exam is virtual, my glasses work just fine! When I went with my sister today, the lady (Samantha I think was her name) was sooo so nice! She offered drinks and snacks for my 3 year old and offered to turn on the tv to entertain him.

They helped me save over 400$!!! And I had no insurance!!! And i haven't had a new pair of glasses in the last 10 years!!! these ppl will help you out and are very professional thanks again for getting my new glasses!!! I would recommend this place to anybody!!!

I lost my eyeglasses, the Warner Robins location was able to see me as a walk in. After seeing Angela I saw the Dr. and then looked for frames, Sam was a huge help. They were all super nice and pleasant. The best part, I got a call 1 hour later, one of my glasses were ready for pickup?. They were perfect! Highly recommended.

Had an much needed eye exam for glasses. I was scheduled right in compared to other eye doctors having multiple month waiting periods before appointments. All the staff were very pleasant. Alexis hooked me up with the exact lens needed. Very happy experience!

Staff was friendly and polite. the doc seemed like they knew what they were talking about, even tho it's over a video call it's just the same as if they were there. I could easily communicate any problems. The only part I didn't like was that the selection for us "cranially endowed" heads, I feel like the only frames I could find that fit were 300+ dollars. Solved that problem by shopping online for frames and then just taking them in to have the lenses put in. 4 star place for sure.

I called and had an appointment for an eye exam that day! Kea the technician was great, Amanda (& Alexis) were terrific helping me choose my new frames!!!
