Today was my first time going to this post office and it was a quaint little building, but I was able to complete the task at hand! There was one employee inside, but she was very efficient and kept the line moving! I highly recommend giving this location a visit as you will not be disappointed!

I dropped a package off here a week ago on March 31 with a 1-3 Business Day Priority Mail label… it is now April 7th and my package still has not arrived to its destination nor is it even showing as “picked up” on the tracking. This was an order for one of my customers who purchased something for their friend’s birthday that never arrived.

BEST POSTAL SERVICE IN THE WHOLE OF WARNER ROBINS!!!!! I go out of my way/town to come to this postal office whenever I need to mail packages. I can't say enough GREAT things about the ladies who work there. ALWAYS soo POSTIVE, HELPFUL and CHEERFUL regardless of if its a busy or slow day. The other postal service on russell need to take note and do better! Probably start by retraining that guy who is always so mean and abrupt to every customer!
Thank you ladies for going above and beyond and just being so kind when you don't have to. It means alot!!

This place is nice. Has the same services as your local post office- sans attitude, blank stoicism. Instead,the service woman was warm, friendly and pleasant. Not to mention both efficient and patient.Oh,did I neglect to mention it's literally right up the street? Definitely my go-to Post Office.

I frequented this location for the first time last week, and it was a wonderful experience. The physical location is small and seems to be outdated (not a complaint at all, just an observation). I was greeted by a worker who was very friendly and helpful.Worth noting like several others, I drove twenty minutes out of my way to use this location rather than the Warner Robins USPS. That location there is horrible in every way, and anyone that's thinking of using Warner Robins' USPS, DON'T. I can't speak on the Kathleen or Bonaire locations, but this Centerville one was great.

New to the area and I was not pleased with how the Warner Robins location was handled. I drove the extra distance to visit this location and I was so pleased with my visit. The staff were beyond friendly and I love the homey vibe this place offers. Thank you to the ladies up front for being such sweethearts!

This is the best post office in town! I love their customer service, friendliness and help! I tell everybody I know to go here. Never a long wait and the best people in the world to deal with.
