My phone quit working today and said “Sim Failure”. The guy that helped me was very rude. He told me I had to get an authorization password to be able to do anything.. which was not sent to me or my email, so I had to make a phone call. He told me I had to figure it out because that was the only way he could help. I had to explain again that my phone did not work currently so I could not make any calls to get the password. I ended up using the store’s phone. The guy rolled his eyes at me multiple times throughout the process. He asked me to sign for something on his tablet to which I asked what I was signing for, it seemed like he got annoyed with the fact I wanted to know what I was having to sign for. Told him thanks when it was fixed and he walked away without saying anything. Not to mention he was on a personal phone call (it seemed like as he was speaking another language) the whole time I was there. Very poor and disappointing service.

My son recommended Verizon who has been a customer for over 15 years now. He went into the location on Thursday evening after work. He ordered the new Samsung Galaxy 24. The representative that waited on him was very rude and spoke in a very condescending way to him, but received commission of his purchase. This is making me rethink my decision to stay with Verizon. As much as you pay for the services. We just expect decent customer services. This behavior was unwarranted and unacceptable. You guys need to do a deep dive and move some of your associate who act like it's a problem with servicing your customers to the warehouse. And by doing so they will not have to make contact with customers thar deserve great customer experiences.Switched to Verizon from another carrier. My expectation was not met upon my visit to the store in Centerville, Ga.

I use to like going and getting a new phone and all the upgrades but after this visit that really changed customer service is not what it use to be ended up getting a new phone, watch, and some headphones and if you speak Verizon that equals a lot of money but they wanted to charge extra to transfer data from my phone and set-up my watch as I was saying that wasn't the experience I was use to really going down

Been here a couple of time and all the times great customer sevice. This time Jaren was nice and so patient with all the questions we. Also great customer sevice from 3 other employees: the one that speaks spanish and the one with the long beard and long hair and the other from Orlando ?. Just a great store and great people.

Worth no stars. Made to sign in at Centerville, Ga location for a simple return. 7 people inline for phones and employee took care of a customer who walked in after me who wasn’t signed in.Just standing around talking about everything under the sun except work. They call people when the feel like it. There was a third one standing around with them but he did walk off to do nothing. Then a fourth one came out to chat and then do nothing.I asked a person who was just aimlessly walking around if they could do my return because they took phones from the person who came in after me and he said it was a quick transaction. I said my case return was a quick transaction and he quickly snapped saying you know how to work this, referring to the device in his hand ??Never again…

Do not recommend this company at all. I use to really like having Verizon but now it's terrible. So I have been a customer for 20+ years with this company and now they want to charge more than other mobile companies. The gentleman that was there was nice but would not even try to help lower my bill. I do not like trading my phones in and he said that is the only way to keep my bill down but would be more than what I pay now. They should want to try and keep their customers but instead run them off to other companies. So now today I will be switching from Verizon to AT&T because they will not over charge as they want to do at Verizon. They have lost my business for good and will never recommend them to anyone to switch to.

Came in the store to get a SIM card and have a number put on that SIM card. The store manager greeted us the store wasn’t busy at all. It was steady but the store manager said she put us in the que. when she told us she was the store manager I asked her why she couldn’t help us. She came up with some excuses and we had to wait for a rep to free up when she literally could have helped us. Store managers are supposed to be helpful and willing to help customers regardless. Something that doesn’t take but 10 min and couldn’t help. I would not recommend this store at all.

Went to get a new phone and waited forever and they were not even busy. Phones were too expensive so I went to best buy. Cell service has been bad lately too
