I arranged and paid for propane for a residence. The payment cleared my credit card immediately. Five hours later, a representative called me and told me they could not deliver to the address. The person that took my order didn't map it, and the address was 5 miles beyond their delivery range. They said they would reverse the charge on my credit card. Two days later...the charge has gone through, I'm unable to utilize the last of my funds to purchase propane from another supplier, and I'm without heat! Ridiculous....good business would have been to go ahead and deliver the product I paid for and apologize that there was an error and that they wouldn't be able to deliver again. Very poor business practice demonstrated by thus company.
