I bought a new battery for my car,It was downloaded when it was new it cost $200 and I went to return it and not only did they recharge it, they didn't change it, the workers are very despotic. We will not buy from that place again specifically.

The manager has terrible customer service, this store is also very dirty you can see years of dust build up on the shelves, they also barely have anything in stock there are empty shelves everywhere. It’s definitely worth driving the extra miles to orileys or autozone.

I needed brake pads/rotors for my truck. I am not very informed when it comes to truck part. Myles, the young man behind the counter, took the time to figure out if what type of brake pads I needed.
Apparently there are two different types of boosters on a truck. The vin # doesn't provide that info. He took the initiative to look up the part and went to my truck and figured it out.
He was friendly and professional, he went above and beyond. I am grateful to him.

I just so happen to stop by this past week for a PCV valve for my vehicle. They only had one in stock (Chamble Tucker Location). Yet I asked the salesman 4 times to make sure it was the right part. Unfortunately, it was not and when I tried to return the part at another location (Covington Ga.), because I did not want to travel 1.5 hours to the location, I purchased it. They claim I did not the Correct receipt. So, the assistant manager/ Salesperson (Anntonie) called the location where I purchased it and it took from 7:45- 9:45am just for someone to answer the phone which was Carlos, he gave me and several other sales associates a very had time in returning the part. Because he did really want to resolve the challenge I had it took 3.5 hours to get a result. Carlos was very rude unprofessional and flat out dumb. I will not return to this store location ever. I am from Florida, and I never have had such a hard time returning such a simple $10.00/item which was over price because in Covington they only charged me $8. Carlos (Person answered phone) I will report you too corporate. Very bad attitude. the original Salesperson was Chris S.

Myles and Jalen are just the most wholesome, nicest , helpful men . From the second we entered the store till leaving the parking lot!! Thank you both for assisting with our car battery headache lol

Really nice people working there. Very helpful. But they didn't have the store stocked well. Missing a few key items that I was looking for off the shelf.

Terrible service, not to mention that they don't tell you that if you open the package of any product, the warranty is void and they won't refund your money.

Store on Chamble Tucker road.
The employee was looking for a part on the computer, then he went to the aisle to get the part, then he said: "let me get this other customers and I will get your part"
What kind of customer service is that? The customers for them are not priority, the store is not in G.O.L.D standard. Horrible service. I use to be regular employee and later become a manager on AAP in Puerto Rico with Wanda Rivera as regional manager, and definitely this is not the way to operate. I will definitely rate the store with an F

Got there a couple minutes before closing and they did not let me in. I just needed a headlight it was going to be a quick purchase but they refused to open the door and the clock didnt even say 9 pm yet

My headlight on the driver's side went out and it was dark and rainy so I had to take care of it quickly. Normally I go someplace else because Advanced Auto Parts refuses to replace or fix anything for me but today I was pleasantly surprised. I want to give a special thank you to Rubin! He kindly offered to replace my headlight for me and I was elated because I had no idea how to do it. Because of Rubin, I will be back. He helped me find the correct light and he helped me when I was in need. Advanced Auto Parts is a great place for all of your automotive needs. I highly recommend this place! Kindness goes a long way!

I went today to get my check engine like checked. Berley helped me out and checked it for me. Also prior to me coming out here. I came to this store previously and needed motor oil. Before I made my purchase, Miles made sure the oil was the correct oil for my Kia Optima. Both of these men know their cars really well.
