I wanted to sell 50 one ounce silver rounds, so I emailed to schedule an appointment with Alex Lexington. I was confirmed almost immediately, and oh what a pleasant experience I had. I was warmly greeted and welcomed at the door by Danielle and shown inside to a beautiful reception area where I sat down for a consultation with Andre. Within 15 minutes I walked out with a freshly cut check for my items and a newfound appreciation for family businesses. The process was straightforward, transparent and wonderfully pleasant. Highly recommneded!

My brother and I worked with Andre to sell our grandfather's gold and silver coins. I submitted an online form and received a very prompt and informative response. We were also able to get a next-day appointment. Andre was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and fair. I compared buying prices at a number of local coin and gold dealers, and Alex Lexington's prices were very competitive. Just came back from going to Alex Lexington. The customer service was outstanding. I am a senior citizen and I remember how customer service used to be. The personnel were very patient and explained everything to us. This is our go to place if we ever need this type of service again. I would give them more than 5 stars, but that's all I am allowed.

I called to schedule an appointment and was warmly greeted and scheduled for a same day appointment. The appointment was conducted professionally by a father/son team, and within 35 minutes all of my treasures were evaluated and sold. The setting is very clean and comfortable, and nicely situated off Chamblee Dunwoody Road w ample parking. I felt very comfortable there and my questions were welcomed and valued. Great experience.
