I recently went to another nearby AT&T store, and the experiences were so different. At this store, the sales rep was so helpful and actually listened to which services I wanted (without pushback or lying about what was offered). VERY glad I came here for my business!

Had a great experience here. Went in to get a protective case for my new iPhone. Was greeted by Mariah with a pleasant smile. She showed me several types of cases; I found one I liked. Mariah, offered to put the case on the phone and I accepted. She saw I also had my old phone with me and asked if I had finished activating my new one. I had not, so she offered to help me do it, which she did. And pointed out some features I should be aware of. Mariah’s customer service was impressive. She took about 1/2 hour of her time to provide a service that I truly needed. I recommend this ATT location. Thanks Mariah!

The store rep January 1, 2025 at 6:30PM was incredibly kind and patient. Immediately got to work and set up my phone’s eSIM . We were in and out within ten minutes.

I had an extremely negative experience with this AT&T store. I feel the need to mention first that the young man that worked there with the dreadlocks used deflection to disregard my issues. I was charged for a phone I did not purchase. To resolve, I had to take time off work and return to the store because ATT customer care could not do it over the phone. There was no apology. No level of professionalism. It doesn’t surprise me when metropolitan Atlanta has third worst customer service in the country. Try approaching work with more integrity.

Excellent place…. I upgraded my device from here. Mr. Ali was extremely cooperative and well informed who made sure that all my queries are properly taken care of and was following closely till the work was not done. Thanks a lot.

Literally the worst store . Today Monday June 10th went to att store was not open at 1020 me and another customer waited until somewhere showed up . Woman who opened door was extremely rude not helpful , really wasn’t concerned with what I needed help with . Honestly was more concerned sirb the customer who came in inquiring about buying a phone . Spanish woman . Wasn’t too friendly with me but the woman who actually spoke Spanish ,received great customer service . I feel that was ridiculous & I shouldn’t have been treated that way … please teach your employees that customer service should be priority. She needs to be fired
