HORRIBLE USED TIRES…NEVER AGAIN
It won’t let me respond back so I’m editing my comment to do so…yes u guys are open if u aren’t u need to check on your establishment…I have a receipt to show proof..I was given a used tire that had patches in it nd it was the wrong size…I found another tire shop on Defoors ave and they took the tire I got from yall and showed me how busted it was nd the patch work that was done nd gave me a useful used tire

My splash guard was hanging. And dragging on the ground. I went in frustrated on my lunch break. The young Hispanic gentleman took care of me. And
Reconnected my splashguard for a a fair price.Only downside was he didn’t speak English.

Really good shop. Took my car in for an inspection. They were thorough, actually test drove the vehicle and put it on the hoist. Said the car was perfect except for needing a wheel alignment for inside tire wear. They sell tires but didn't try to upsell me or pressure me to buy tires "the tires have good tread on them". They said at the end "we thought by looking at the car it would need alot but it's in really good shape". I can't understand how they don't have a 5 star rating, my best guess is the lady at the front I think has English as her 2nd language and I'm guessing miscommunication has caused at least some of the bad reviews.

People giving them 1 star review coz they had to pay diagnostic fee. This man is legit will not pressure. He'll tell you exactly what you need and it's up to you to decide.

Ming's auto deserves a 10/5 rating, if not more! They are professional people and don't overcharge you for the best quality service you can get in Atlanta! They not only fixed the main issue, but they saw other issues and fixed them while at it. Thank you!!

I was in and out quickly. The attendant told me when I came in that it would be less than ten minutes and it was. It seems like their speed is part of their brand. It's a quick oil change for a good price with no attempts to sell anything else. What more can you ask for?

Best shop in town, I really can't recommend them enough. Above all else, they are honest, which would be enough to recommend them. The fact that they are also quick, thorough, and reasonably priced means that even after moving further away, I still always make the drive to them.

I got my oil changed here on Friday, 6/30/23. There was only one car ahead of me when I got there at 9:50 am. By 10:05, I was on my way home! Super fast service! I got a synthetic oil change for $60 even. Eric did my oil change and instead of making me go in to pay, he took my credit card and did it for me because he saw I had a baby in the car! So kind! Super fast service and more reasonably priced than other places in the area.

This was our first visit to Ming's. My dad had an issue with door lock on his car. Ming's auto service replaced the lock in under un hour at a fair price. Thanks guys.

I have been having problem after problem with my car. I had a blown tire, which led to me getting all four replaced. That went fine but since then, I had started to hear a clanking in my back left tire and a whirring noise in the back right. I took my car back into the shop where I had them repaired because I felt it was odd a week after repairing them that I started hearing these noises. They found a loose tire pressure sensor just flying around in the back left tire... but didn't notice anything with the right. I drove across the parking lot and the clanking was gone on the left but the right still sounded horrible. I stopped and searched for a nearby reliable mechanic. I found Ming's with an almost perfect 5 stars and read some reviews from some OTP Elites and knew they were a great place! I drove 10 min down the street here and they immediately were able to help me and at least take a look. I simply explained the problem and they already had a hunch as to what it may be. They took it for a test drive and brought it in and checked it out. Unfortunately, they found the problem was with the differential which isn't something they can rebuild. They sent me down the street to get it looked at and get an estimate. I know nothing about cars, so I asked what kind of price rang he might guess that we'd be in for rebuilding a differential. He was like uhh.. because of course didn't want to say a number since he wasn't quoting me, but I had no idea if that's a 50$ fix, 100$ fix, or 1,000$+. He said probably around 1,500. I took it down the street and they weren't able to look at it right away, so I am still waiting for it to get checked out, but they also said I'm looking at 1,200-2,000$. I really appreciate the quick service here and them helping me find the problem. Even though they weren't able to repair it, they had a great recommendation for a place down the street and helped me put it in my gps. They also didn't charge me anything! Even though my visit was quick they were extremely helpful. The news wasn't great but I appreciate their welcoming staff and very helpful recommendation and at least confirming that there was in fact an issue! Will definitely be back here for future needs!
