I had a very disappointing experience today. The nurse who attended us was extremely rude and seemed visibly scared of my dog just because he was barking. Her facial expression and attitude gave off very bad vibes, and she did nothing to make my dog feel comfortable. When she arrived at the door, she didn’t even greet us, say her name, or introduce herself as a nurse.
To make things worse, they labeled my dog as “aggressive,” when it was clear his reaction was a response to the nurse’s negative energy and poor handling skills, not his actual temperament.
It was clear she does not know how to properly handle or interact with animals, which is very concerning for a veterinary clinic. I expect staff at a pet care facility to be patient, understanding, and professional, and unfortunately, that was not the case today.

The team at Banfield Chamblee is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. I’ve had ongoing health issues with my three senior dogs recently, and they’re consistently able to get me in quickly—especially when I ask to see Dr. Adrian. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and very compassionate with my pets, and genuinely caring with my older dogs. She takes the time to explain everything and makes both me and my dogs feel at ease.The vet techs are great to work with, and I really appreciate the help and kindness from Keaira, Tamia, and Brock at the front desk. I feel that they truly care about both the pets and the people walking through their doors.

I appreciate how quickly we were checked in and awesome the people at the front desk were. Took my dogs in for a visit, one was comprehensive and the other was routine vaccine. The Dr. never called or updated me regarding the dog who went in for comprehensive check. It was very strange.

We are very happy with the Chamblee Banfield providers. They and their staff have been so caring and considerate. We will keep coming back here. Also, we recommend getting the monthly subscription as it allows free office visits, a set of x-rays, shots, and other benefits.

Our experience at this Banfield location was fantastic! Storey was due for a complete annual check-up, and the staff welcomed us with such a warm greeting.
I appreciated the incredibly positive energy from everyone, and Dr. Holsendolph was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
We were first greeted by Ashley and Brock when we arrived for our appointment, and both were so pleasant and easy to work with.
I loved their energy — they addressed all of our concerns and even shared helpful information about future DNA testing for Storey.
Keaira, our vet tech, was so sweet with Storey and handled him very gently. He felt safe with her as she took him back for his annual exam.
I’m so grateful to the team at this Banfield location for taking such wonderful care of all of my dog’s needs!
This location is also conveniently located next to T-Mobile, in the shopping center with Whole Foods in Chamblee.
I have no doubt that Storey will be well taken care of by the entire staff here at Banfield on Peachtree Blvd.

Took my fur baby here to check on some things. Everyone was so personable and friendly!!!! From front desk (Brock is awesome!!!) to vet techs to the veterinarians!!!! Rita and I appreciate the hospitality and laughs🥰😸

This might be a lengthy review but I want to make sure I convey everything clearly. There have been a number of bad reviews & even though I hadn’t left a review until now I was one of them! I had 2 cats that have been on the Optimus wellness plan for +8 years. I just removed Summer to a different insurance plan but couldn’t remove Autumn just yet but was Definitely Planning to.
NOW TO THE GOOD PART!!!!
Let me say if I could leave 10 STARS ⭐️I WOULD!!! But, I am so glad I wasn’t able to remove Autumn. Because of the team I had earlier this week and ESPECIALLY my team today Dr. Edward’s, Tamia, Keaira & Brock my TRUST & CONFIDENCE has taken an IMMEASURABLE LEAP in being restored in Banfield. SPECIFICALLY the CHAMBLEE location!!! Autumn is going to have to have some work done & while it won’t be cheap MY BABY is worth it!!! More importantly because OF THIS TEAM my concerns were HEARD, My Baby was treated as ONE OF THEIR OWN & we were able to get to the root cause of her issues!! Because of this team I am also going to see what I need to do to move My Summer back under their care!!
To other Banfield Fur Baby Parents if you are thinking of leaving I beseech you to give this location another try!!! To CORPORATE I truly hope you take this review to HEART & understand the IMPORTANCE of having the RIGHT DR’s & SUPPORT STAFF in these positions!!! Cost cutting measures if that’s what was being done IS NOT WORTH IT when there are other places to go!!
Again, to Dr. Edward’s, Tamia, Brock & Keaira with ALL MY HEART THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! 🥰🥰

I brought my 9-week-old Goldendoodle, Kruz, in for his very first visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire staff was incredible—so welcoming and kind. They really went out of their way to make both of us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The woman at the front desk was especially wonderful—she not only made sure we were both taken care of but also added such a personal touch to the visit that truly made me feel right at home. We’re so happy we chose the Chamblee location and look forward to many more visits!
