These people are dishonest. Some reviewers say their work is good but these guys run a shady business. I needed to replace a front bumper trim piece. Mickey gave me a written estimate showing 2 hours labor. I said I’ll bring the car in and wait for it, but Mickey said I should leave it overnight and come back the next day. Instead I took it to another shop and they estimated 12 minutes labor, which was about what it took.

Was very pleased!! They were friendly, very helpful and the work was done on time, and the car looks great now! I checked a few places for pricing before going here and they were the best I found, and the paint job looks great. Recommend.

Not sure how they arrived at a $2,200 plus dollar quote on this repair along with a 10+ day time span. Insane pricing and across the street from a better shop that charged over 65% less for the same quality of work. $1,200 and done in 4 days vs budget auto at $2,200+ and a 10+ day time span. Only reason for the extra star is the guy was nice. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer affiliate at all

Had dented front fender and panel to fix. Budget Auto was great to work with. Mickey was very customer focused, transparent and responsive . Immediate estimate and even called the dealer to ensure correct parts and availability. Work was completed on time and as estimated. Reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend Budget if you need auto repairs.

Had some minor damage to our Honda CRV and the door wouldn't open. Took it to 2 other places that quoted is exorbitant prices to fix it. Brought our car here and they fixed the door immediately in 30 seconds for free, and gave us a very reasonable estimate to fix the damage as well. Not easy these days to find someone who isn't trying to take advantage of you - would highly recommend this place!

Just spoke with a Customer service guy on the phone. His tone is very Hostile and NASTY. I DO NOT TRUST THAT THIS COMPANY WILL DO A GOOD JOB.

The quality of the work is second to none. I have had several insurance repairs over the years (3 or 4) done here and the vehicles came back like new. I am also in the process of restoring a classic car and I will be bringing it here for the work because of that.

As others have said, not a very welcoming business. The guy behind the desk saw me walk up to the desk and didn’t acknowledge my presence at all. I waited about three minutes and went to another shop down the road. First impression is everything. Even a quick “ I’ll be with you in a moment “ would have sufficed but… nada.
