No Hassel, straight forward easy process. Bring in your car, answer a few questions, they do an inspection and give you an offer to buy your car. Process normally takes about 30 minutes, today was a bit longer because it was busy but no complaints. Offers seem fair, higher than dealer offers and KBB.

What an easy and fast way to sell my car. Took ~10 minutes to get an appraisal. The waiting area is comfortable. All the paperwork was straightforward, and I was grateful for the post-sale checklist.

Sellers BEWARE of low ball offers and lies After looking over my vehicle and driving it for about a minute, They told me my car had problems shifting and a blown head gasket and offered me $4500 less than the lowest blue book and Carmax online. I took it to Christian Brothers automotive immediately after where they did an inspection. Nothing wrong with head gasket or shifting and mechanic said nothing the car was doing that would indicate that either.

Great experience. Everyone was very nice. However, Fred we dealt mostly with Fred and he was awesome. We had an abnormal sale situation. Fred was knowledgeable, clear, straight to the point and honest. We were able to get considerably more for the vehicle here than at the dealership where it came from just down the road. Would totally recommend getting an offer for your vehicle here.
