Didn't use this specific location because we never got that far. Found a vehicle on Saturday, put in my license, bank information to pay in cash and scheduled the pick up. They had no problem taking my money out of my account Monday morning. Wednesday my insurance agent got me the binder (ps you dont need a binder for any other dealership if you are paying cash) and submitted it. Within 2 hours they cancelled everything. I feel like because they weren't getting anything out of me they didn't want to make the deal. No trade, no loan, insurance not through them. But of course they had my money for over a week before giving it back! Go to an actual dealer! They will cancel your deal for NO REASON while holding your money for dayssss!

My husband Eric & I had a great experience with the representative from the Carvana in Chamblee, Ga that came to pick up our car. Demetrius Fields was a breath of fresh air. He was patient, knowledgeable, respectful & friendly. We appreciated the ease of the transition with no issues & in a timely manner. We give his service 5 stars. Demetrius we appreciate you!. My experience selling my vehicle was great. They offered what I considered a very fair price, and I was able to have someone from Carvana come out to our home to inspect and tow away the vehicle for only $40. There were no surprises and the whole process took a few minutes. I’ve never purchased a car from them, but the selling experience was fantastic!

Justice arrived to pick up my vehicle on time from the mechanic shop. I was in the process of returning a vehicle back to Carvana that I truly wanted to keep. Justice encouraged me to check with the warranty company to see if repairs were covered.... which they were. If I would have continued to believe that the mechanic shop was accurate on my warranty coverage, I would have returned a good vehicle back to Carvana. Justice was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I am so grateful for his support and my Carvana key chain!!

Great customer service! We just sold our truck. It took us a few minutes to get the offer online. Then, it took a few minutes to get it approved. After to set up an appointment. Our appointment was in the evening, but they knew we had children and took care of us right away. It literally takes 15 minutes after drop off. The payment is direct deposit and it took 2 business days! I wish I had the name of the person who took care of the process! Thanks so much for making it easy Carvana! Better deals than a dealer!

this place is terrible they keep delaying my vehicle and only apologizing for the inconvenience I’ve also have issue receiving my money. They told me 10-15 days it’s been 15 and now i get an email saying about her 10 days to get my money

I sold a vehicle to this company. It was a pleasant experience, mostly because the man who helped me, Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy. I would like to thank CHRIS for being cordial, kind and experienced in his profession. Excellent experience.

I pitched an offer for them to purchase my vehicle, and based upon all of the correct information I inputted, they gave me an offer of $3,200 to purchase it.
Then they asked for additional information that I supplied. I spent an hour taking good photos and entering correct information with my driver's license, title, odometer reading, etc. Yet once that was done, they gave me a counter-offer of $2,600, which is way less and I did not take. This offer was misleading!
Then when I confronted them about the misleading offer, all they did was placate me with their robot answers.

Drove my buddy from Rome, Ga to Chamblee, Ga, (1.5 hr one way) for his 2pm seamless appointment to pick up his car. When we were almost there, they called to say they couldn't find the car. Considering they confirmed the car was here the day before, yeah what a joke. After some back and forth, they were going to try and get him another car. When we arrived they told us they magically found the vehicle, you know the one that was "already here". It was over a hour away at another location and would "hopefully" be here by 6pm. If you are shopping for a car and their advertised "quick and easy" experience sounds good. Just know it's not, it's painful, slow, dishonest, and a joke.

The whole process was very easy with electronic signing and direct deposit. The carvana representative was super nice to deal with and the drop off took 15 min as posted.

I'm selling my car to Carvana, gave their automated service my info and everything was going smooth. The pick up date for my car was set and the driver never showed up! I took vacation for this because I needed to be here for the driver per Carvana's instructions. I was never notified by the automated service OR the driver that Carvana changed the pick up date. I lost money missing work because of Carvana and still have not been able to get a rep on the phone from 3 different locations. This is the worst experience I have ever had selling a car and because of the delay, I won't get my money on-time and will have to postpone the pick up of my new car. I'm not sure how Carvana could've screwed this agreement up anymore. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR TIME!!! I'm still waiting for a call back and now waiting on the chat for a rep to reply
