This has been the worst car-buying experience I have ever encountered. I purchased my vehicle in September, and it is now nine days past the expiration of my temporary tag. I am still being forced to drive without a valid tag due to the dealership’s negligence.
I worked with Justin and Mr. Ballard during the purchase. For more than 45 days, I have repeatedly contacted and visited the dealership because no one appeared to be properly trained on how to process my tag or even willing to return my calls. While my situation may have required extra attention, there was absolutely no initiative, urgency, or accountability from Mr. Ballard, despite his repeated promises to provide updates—which he failed to do.
Had either Justin or Mr. Ballard followed up in a timely and professional manner, I would not be in this position. Their explanation that they “thought it was handled” is unacceptable and reflects a clear lack of responsibility.
The leadership and customer service at this dealership have been wholly inadequate. The failure to process my tag correctly and promptly is not only unprofessional but has placed me at risk of legal consequences through no fault of my own. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter.

Waited 25 min to even be spoken to by an employee at my service appt. I was the only car in the garage and I counted 10 employees and a manager. I won't be using this dealership again.

Thanks for all the help in resolving the issues with my Accord and explaining everything. I give you all 5 stars because you listened and understood my frustrations. Thanks for the sandwich too!!

Poor customer service and care. Service is rude. Someone from collision did not communicate to other employees that my car arrived causing an annoying back and forth of where my car was located after being towed to the lot. Shout out to Jacob, only class act there! Communicated everything with me and got my car back to me within two days!

To be honest, if you’re a female just go with a man to get your car looked at these folks are scammy as well I went to get an inspection listed my concerns for which the paperwork did not include any of the things I asked about yet they give me a bunch of services that totaled out to be $1100 and did not include a supposed bent control arm that a Firestone had quoted me for prior and both places didnt list the missing lug nuts on each tire OR the oil change or air filter that the car DESPERATELY needed changed SMH I honestly don’t know who to trust

I recently purchased a new car from Curry Honda. Sookhee Nah assisted me with sales and she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision of buying a car at Curry Honda. You could tell she was looking out for the best interest of the customer. I would highly recommend seeing her if you are interested in buying a new car!

Disgusting experience when my husband and i went to purchase a car. The sales rep named David Han was dismissive and assumed we have a specific occupation because we look a certain way. Then when he came with a price quote and we said we were expecting to pay lower than that. Hearing this he laughed at our faces and said we should not waste our time and stop looking for this car! He could have countered with a different price but he chose to be rude and not give us the respect! People should not come here and if anyone does they should not be served by David Han!

We ended up going with another type of vehicle (not Honda) but I highly recommend working with David if you go here. We never felt uncomfortable or like he was being pushy - he answered all our questions & even gave my husband and I time to discuss things privately.
