This location lied to my Fiancé about a free Covid test and visit at the minute clinic. We were trying to get a simple appointment for antibiotics to stave off a bout of Covid. Lauren, the nurse practitioner, claimed that they were running a program that would let her administer a free covid test followed by a free exam if we didn’t have insurance. We explicitly stated that we did not have insurance and that everything would be out of pocket. We couldn’t afford a large bill. Lauren assured us that this program was free and available to us. This program expired nearly ten months prior to our visit and now CVS has pulled $300 from our bank account for their error. We’ve spent the last two days trying to remedy the situation and today specifically were lied to by the store manager Ray about our ability to contact Lauren to figure out what to do. He lied to me on the phone about Lauren being in the store to help us and when my fiancé called he told her that she was out of the office. We were on speaker phone and when I asked Ray which was true he backpedaled and claimed he didn’t know who was working at the store at any given moment and mistook the nurse practitioner on duty for Lauren. I’m tired of being lied to and need to have this matter resolved. 1/5 stars, would not recommend this CVS for anything other than snacks.

While the doctor was very nice, she was misinformed about what I was supposed to pay. She told me my visit would be free, but I just received a bill for $289 for my visit from last month. No indication I would get this bill, no one contacted me. And because they have my card on file, they took today what was supposed to go towards my rent this month. Thanks CVS. Guess I don't need a place to stay

I literally needed my medicine and I’ve tried picking it up for an entire week everyday the system was down. I went in again today and was lied to saying my coupon for my medicine does not work and it’s not a CVS issue when my best friend works at CVS as a pharmacist and told me in fact it is a CVS ISSUE with the systems. I was FORCED to pay $50 extra because they lied and did not want to help me. It was a Asian guy who was extremely rude he was the manager.

The staff at this pharmacy is really difficult. The pharmacist Tommy at this location was really condescending. When I asked him questions he was rude and didn’t give any direct contact or look away from the computer during the interaction. I specifically asked to transfer my prescription to another CVS pharmacy and he refused. It’s better to go to another location that has better customer service. Interactions with some of other pharmacy staff wasn’t any better.

The Most arrogant, disrespectful, dismissive and unprofessional Pharmacy EVER. This is one of the most unorganized and dirty CVS’ I’ve been in and that’s saying a lot because all of them have hit rock bottom. I will NEVER spend another $1 with this company.

Tommy pharmacist is a arrogant idiot. Always tried to overcharge me by putting wrong information in the system. Can someone please give him trainings?The other pharmacist are competent on other hand. Just avoid Tommy.

Got vaccines and started having a reaction. No one helped me at all. This has to be the worst of humanity that works in this pharmacy.

I called the Pharmacy today and when I was connected to a pharmacist, I was told that they were too busy at the moment and that they could not help me at that time. After this, I called Publix pharmacy. The pharmacist at Publix told me that they were also very busy at the moment but she took my name and phone number so that she could return my phone call and provide me with assistance. CVS pharmacists could learn a thing or two from Publix pharmacists. Customer service is a learned skill and CVS pharmacists do not have it

If you guys are going to have a weirdo standing by the front door, at least tell her to speak to ALL people walking in. I hate seeing these door people arbitrarily choosing who they want to speak to like my money any different.

I was watched like a Hawk by the only person on duty at this location, regardless of there being several other shoppers in the store. She was very resistant to give me a price check. When I asked, she starred at me for 10 seconds said nothing and then decided to point the scanner directly at me. I reported this incident to corporate as well.

Store experience was good. Staff was nice. As far as Minute Clinic goes, I'd recommend seeing someone other than the NP Gi Young.
