Very professional and affordable place for anything about tires. My right front tire was slowly leaking. Even the Ford dealer cannot detect the leaking place. They spot a little nail in the tire and fix it perfectly! I would recommend this place to all my friends!

Came in and needed 1 tire done at 11 am on a Tuesday. The customer service is excellent and the tire was about $35 less than Angel’s Tires where I normally go. However, it took over 2 hours versus Angels Tires which usually takes 10/15 minutes. This may due to the fact that I didn’t have an appointment but with Angels you don’t need an appointment. If you have nothing to do or you have an appintment this is probably an ideal location. If you don’t have an appointment or time is money probably not. Also, you pay before they do your car so keep that in mind if you have to wait.

I love it here! The service was great from everyone I came in contact with. They were respectful and helpful. I was presented a great offer that could help me later down the road which was much appreciated. The inside is convenient for my needs with the charging/desk/sitting areas so I was able to work while I wait! Thanks again!

I had a very bad experience here, went in for a tire rotation. I had a bubble on one of my tires so they suggested me to get a new tire. I deferred it to later, and asked to rotate the tires.
Made me wait for 1hr and when I didn’t see my car in the workshop I asked if the service is done, they said it’s done long back and I was waiting for it without information.
But the tires were never rotated and when I asked the manager who attended me. He said except for the for the one with issue the others were rotated, which was false, I confirmed the same from a different discount tire store since I bought them recently the guy was able to conform the tires which seem to be on the same axle.
And the moment he saw my car, without even examining the wipers he told the wipers were all worn out, which is not true since I had my car annual service done and it the report said the wipers were in a great condition.
Never going back to this location.

I was seen at Discount Tires of Chamblee, the customer service was friendly and professional, the waiting time was less than promised, waiting room is nice and neat, can not ask for more! Highly recommended!

I went to discount tire because I’m used to them in other states. Not only did they put the wrong caps back on, but I could tell immediately that the tires were clearly not balanced correctly. When I called them about it they said it’s probably the new tires gripping the road better.
I continued to notice the issues at higher speeds, so I called again and they cycled me through hold over and over then just hung up on me. It cost me over 70 dollars to get them properly balanced at a closer mechanic. Three out of the four tires were not balanced was the outcome.
Good deal on the tires though and they completed things quickly. Give and take, I suppose.

After multiple attempts, could not balance tires I bought from Tire Rack. Concluded tires should be replaced under manufacturers guarantee. New set included a tire with a large sidewall bubble but was installed anyway leading to another return trip. Still could not properly balance tires. I went to an independent shop to get what I needed. Extremely frustrating experience.

ABSOLUTELY GREAT EXPERIENCE! Sam was humble and funny on the phone, Jesus one of the techs was very mild mannered, and most of all Cameron was absolutely amazing and professional at its best!?? Cameron answered all my questions, made sure my needs were met, and waited on me hand and foot as so he did with other customers! Thanks you so much Cameron! YOU ROCK!!????

I was blown away by the professionalism, atmosphere, cleanliness, speed and quality of work. I also really appreciate that they didn’t try to up sell me- I told them I just want cheap tires because I’m selling my car next year and they were totally on board. The biggest win is they put new tires on my car in just 30 minutes on a busy Saturday morning!

Ordered online and tires were installed within 45 minutes of when I showed up. Moreover they told me it would be 45 minutes and they were correct.
