Took my dad’s 2018 MDX to the collision center to have a few things looked at. Mev was so helpful and friendly! He really knew what he was doing and gave us recommendations for where to have a couple of things done they don’t do there. Would 100% go back!

Ed Voyles Acura treated me so well- I can’t say enough positive things about the team here. Not only did they find the exact interior/exterior color combo, model, and trim I wanted, but they made it so easy throughout the whole car buying process. I had the pleasure of working with Charles who was a very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly car sales associate. Additionally, Allen, one of the car sales managers also worked closely with me and helped throughout the entire process. It can be rare these days to go to a dealership and have a team of people who works so closely with you to make sure that you find what you want and are totally satisfied. The team here genuinely wants to provide excellent customer service and work to help you in any way they can. I would highly recommend coming to this Acura dealer. It was one of the best new car buying experiences I’ve had!

Al was very friendly and gave me exact instructions of where to have car towed and to leave his name. He kept in constant contact of what was going on and the timing. After he let me know that I could come pick it up, I let him know that I had just had some surgery on my leg and was not supposed to drive. He had 2 guys bring me my car😀 which were also very friendly.

Every time I bring my car in the for service, my service advisor, Luke Hughes, gives amazing and professional service. He always return all phone calls to me when I’m having concerns about my car. He listens very well and gives a detail explanation of what is going on with my car. There are times he will instruct me on how to fix the issue myself by talking me through it. Sometimes he will let me know that I need to bring it in for repairs. He always offers a loaner if the repairs are going take a long time. He greets you with a smile. He very honest about my car. He has never tried deceive me about anything. I have had service advisors from other companies that have tried to sell me four brand new tires when my car was leased nine months prior. I trust Luke very much. I feel very confident in his service. I’m on my fourth Acura. I will be getting new Acura in the next 5 months. I keep coming back to Acura because of the trusted, friendly and professional service. This is all due to my great service advisor, Luke Hughes. He is true asset to the Ed Voyles dealership and to the Honda Corporation. I have bragged to my clients and friends about my constant satisfaction with Acura. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Luke is absolutely amazing. I truly mean every word of this review.

I recently purchased a car from Gary Carter at Ed Voyles Acura and it was a great experience. Gary was friendly, helpful, with strong product knowledge, and he listened to what I wanted. At my first visit I did not find a car I was ready to buy, but a few days later Gary called to tell me he found my car. And he was right! I love my Acura TLX, it was the perfect car for me.

I recently purchased a 2025 Acura RDX from Ed Voyles Acura in Chamblee and it was a phenomenal experience!!! My salesman, Gary, went above and beyond to ensure my new car buying experience was a smooth and very pleasant one. It was evident upon entering the showroom that the sales team at Ed Voyles TRULY values their customers! The New Car Sales Manager, Allen, was extremely professional and helpful, too. Each of these two gentlemen far exceeded my expectations! They each offered superb customer service, which was a wonderful relief after having first trying to deal with a competing Acura dealership in Marietta. I found Gary to be extremely respectful, honest, and he truly LISTENED to and delivered EXACTLY the car that I specified rather than trying to sell me something already in their existing inventory. I just got my used car (06 Acura RSX) from Ed Voyles Acura on 11/7/2025. Let me tell you this. Gary Carter, my car salesman, exceeded my expectations. At no time, and this is a first, did I feel like I was buying a used car. He was courteous, honest, and very professional. He even met me at the Atl Marta station when I flew in from out of state AFTER the dealership closed. Why? He's a great car salesman. Read this SLOWLY: I'm checking the cars at this dealership BEFORE I get another car and I live in Louisiana. Great job David!
