THIS BY FAR IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP….i came in for an appointment and im still here THREE HOURS LATER. I came in for an oil change and for them to look at my tire. They said the insurance can’t cover my oil change which is crazy to me because i was told that my oil was covered under the insurance when i bought the vehicle. My vehicle enter the bay after having a set appointment two hours later. I go to check on my car and the guy tells me they are patching my tire? Like excuse me ? I didn’t talk to anyone about a patched tire. I asked for a new tire because it was covered under warranty. I WOULDNT DARE COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP if i were anyone else….Rowe and Jeremiah are the gentlemen i was speaking to and they refused to give me the technician whose had my car for three hours +

We had a great experience and love our new Kia Carnaval! David Bernal was the sales representative we worked with and he went above and beyond. He was highly communicative, thorough, and easy to work with. He also wanted to ensure that we got the right vehicle that fit our needs and budget instead of trying to push us into something we didn’t want or need. I had an appointment for my cars service today at 11:30 am, it’s 5:30 pm and I am still sitting here waiting for my car to be done! This is just wrong, first they sell the services in your car payment and then treat customers coming for their regular maintenance like this! I regret coming here

My 2019 Kia Telluride was taken in to Ed Voyles Chamblee for standard routine service. It was brought to my attention that the automatic transmission needed to be flushed and refilled. This was agreed to and I paid $370 to have this service done. Two months later my transmission is jumping. There are serious doubts that this service was ever performed (see picture below). I have reached out and left voicemail messages on three occasions seeking for help over the span of a week.

Called to figure out if I could have my car towed to their location. Obviously services customer service rep is super miserable. She has Poor customer service skills. Service front desk sucks, has an attitude, and is ever unprofessional. Showed no empathy. If you do not like your job quit. Stop spreading your misery to other ppl when your suppose to be there to help.

II had an issue with my brakes. Carmen was great at relaying information to me in a timely manner as the diagnostics were occurring. It was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you to the service team who repaired my brake issue.
