I have rented from the Chamblee location next to the Acura dealership multiple times. I have to congratulate the staff on their extreme professionalism and great customer service. They are courteous and friendly. They are really busy but that doesn’t get in the way for their service and they communicate with you when you walk in the doors if there is a delay. I am impressed with the consistency in great service.

Front desk customer service was not friendly and ignored all my little requests. The car was not ready when I arrived. The interior plastic had dirt stains, the gas tank was 1/4 filled with gas, scratches on the car. I asked 5 times to add all these comments to the rental agreement but was ignored, all what was finally put on the comments is a gas info. So after the rental pickup I had to clean the interior by myself and find the nearest gas station to fill the tank. During drop off another customer service rep was unfriendly, I was double charged for the security deposit and waiting for the deposit refund. This place can have a better service, it’s not so difficult, it’s more difficult to stay unfriendly.

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The vehicle I rented was spotless and offered great gas mileage, making my trip both comfortable and economical. A big shout out to John for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this location!

I have rented cars from this Enterprise a couple times now, and always found the representatives very friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with my needs and communicated with me professionally and clearly. The cars are clean and in great condition.
