They are super slow, rude and lazy.Ive been using this firestone for my company fleet on tires. I'm done doing business with them. The guy at the front desk needs to work on his attitude. This place has gotten worse and worse over the years.

The customer service rep that checked me in was not friendly and didn’t make me feel welcome at all. I’m giving 5 stars because the representative that met with me after my alignment was done more than made up for him! He was very knowledgeable, extremely nice and he explained everything well!! This was my first visit after my original alignment 6 months ago when I purchased the lifetime alignment for my car and just as promised this visit cost me nothing.

Mr. Abercrombie did a phenomenal job changing out my tires and letting me know his recommendations, while Mr. Chris in the front helped me thoroughly with picking out the right tires for my car and letting me know the recommendations that Mr. Abercrombie passed along. The staff has always been very pleasant to deal with at this location, which is why I drive from Lilburn to Chamblee instead of my local Firestone location. They are very personable. It helps to have an Antique shop next door too to kill time while car is being worked on.

HORRIBLE!!!! My first interaction with and LAST. I am a certified Firestone Account Holder. They REFUSED to allow me to use my card to purchase tires all because I declined service installation. Go to Tucker location everyone.

I'm not from ATL but I was in town to get a family members house packed up and bring an extra vehicle home. This vehicle had been sitting for 3 years. Covered in a thick layer of green dirt. I was expecting issues so took it out for a drive to see how it would do, it had a few lights come on the dash. Now I’ve been in automotive for 20 plus years. From parts, to tech work, working for dealerships to warranty adjustments. Certain lights on the dash, well I’m just going to let that little light of mine shine. I had my own scan tool and knew what the issue was. No big deal, proceed to arrange hooking a trailer to this vehicle to bring it home. I decided it needed to be washed. Not a second after putting it in drive from the car wash did it feel like the rear end just dropped out of the vehicle. My heart sank after making plans to tow with it. I limp it back wondering if it’s brakes locking up or the rear end locking up. I called to a shop an explained the situation and I was needing to leave the next day. They said they were too busy to handle that time frame. The next shop I called declined even looking at it because it had been sitting for so long and that wasn’t a headache they wanted. So I decided not to go into detail with any other shops trying to get an appointment. I had no tools with me and I certainly didn’t want to do any kind of work in a driveway after loading trailers all day. I’ve worked for a Meineke and they did some sketchy things in my day so I was hesitant to take it to a shop like that but it seemed it was my only option, my gut knew it was just a brake issue. I called over to precision tune and the lady could have cared less if I came in or not. Called over to Firestone and was told to bring it no problem that they would see me soon. Brought it in and got a little more honest about the situation and Keno never batted an eye, he said no problem and even let me wait while they looked at it. I would personally have driven it with rusty rotors but the pads were cracked and the brake hoses in the rear weren’t letting fluid get to it, so locking up. Asked him a thousand questions and decided the money was worth spending for someone else to handle it. We leave for the day and I got a phone call like promised when it was ready. Shortly after driving around I’ll be dammed it the front doesn’t start locking up. I was heartbroken and now in a bad situation having to stay another day. Brought it back and let them look at it the next morning. My anxiety over the situation couldn’t wait any longer to get a call so I bugged Keno first thing and he let me know what was going on. He said he was sourcing parts and would call me back shortly. He actually called me back, I didn’t have to call or ask a thousand times, he did what he said he would. I asked him if he could have to tech put an extra test drive on it just to be sure. A 6 hour trip home was riding on a lot of what ifs. He told me he would personally drive it afterwards and he did. He told me there was a slight other issue and what it did and how to correct it. He asked if I experienced that. I’m not sure if I even answered him I was so worried about towing with it. I had him do another service but told him I was on my way and without skipping a beat this man said he would handle it. When I got there it was getting wrapped up and he said you wanna see something we had to take a part to get to today. Still wrapped up in my own world I thought he was talking about something he wanted to show me off my vehicle, nope, this grown mans eyes lit up and opened this box to an itty bitty little kitty they went the extra mile to pull apart another vehicle just to get out. I just can’t put into words the level of care, straight black and white of what’s going on, last minute services, pricing, timely repairs and genuine people Keno, Chris and the techs are. I made it home safely tonight, towing a 4 thousand lb trailer loaded down without one hiccup. Kinda wish I would have stole the kitten! High praises guys and thank you!

Would give it a zero if I could. The staff here are as shady and unprofessional as it gets. Have spent over $4000 between this location, north Druid and Buford hwy. and have had to return 5 times for the same issues. Every time they still charge labor which it could have been repaired right in the first place. I made an appointment 2 days ago for brake issues, the same ones that have been replaced 3 times previously in about a year and a half. They said there were no issues. After driving it, the entire car and steering wheel were shaking when applying brakes. Took it back today and now they are saying it’s going to be about $700 to replace. So there were no issues 2 days ago and you were fine sending someone back on the road with faulty brakes?? I’ll never spend another $1 with Firestone at any location. They even added a road hazard package on the 2 new tires for over $60 without asking. I spoke to keno who is supposed to be the store manager and he said he couldn’t refund it. I asked him if it was normal to add extended warranties without asking and then refusing to refund him and he rolled his eyes and started acting very unprofessionally the situation just escalated from there and was refused a district manager’s number. I had to call Firestone corporate to even have them complete the repair and refund the road hazard warranty. The store manager, keno, instructed his tech to throw my car back together and get me out of there. The least professional place I’ve ever seen

Keon and Mitchell are both the most awesome representatives for your company. They arextremely helpful, and honest. They really know what they are selling and are knowledgeable about the services and inventory. I would not go anywhere else...because of them alone.

Chris & Keno are AWESOME!
I've had each of them as my CSR on several occasions. They're both great at keeping me informed about any changes to and/or the progress of services I'm having performed (especially important as I most-always walk to the shopping center next-door, while I wait.)
Always an easy process… And the lifetime alignment I bought several years ago has paid for itself many times over!
I rarely have the occasion to actually meet the technician(s) who work on my vehicle, however, my car is always left clean (protective paper floor mat placed on the floor, etc.) and I have absolutely no complaints about any of the work I've had performed on several different cars, over the years.

My car was serviced on 4/6/24 and was at this location for 10 hours. When I picked up my car the brakes were still not fixed. I had to bring my car back on Monday morning and the manager Keno was extremely rude. He told me that my car is a man made machine and that I shouldn't be so pressed because "it's just a car". No apologies for the inconvenience or consideration for the fact that I went almost an entire day without a vehicle and the fact that I had to get up before the crack of dawn to bring my vehicle back to fix an issue that should have been corrected on Saturday when my car sat at the shop all day. I would never recommend this location to anyone. The customer service is trash from the manager and if that is the standard, you are better off going elsewhere.

Problem with my car not starting. Car towed to Firestone at about Midnight on a Saturday night. Early the next morning (Sunday), Christopher was calling me to inquire about what was going on with my car. Soon after he called me back with information about my car. I have been a Firestone customer for many, many years from here in Atlanta, Georgia to Chattanooga, Tennessee. I have ALWAYS been happy with the service - including the customer service - never disappointed. thank you.
