Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. They were fast, communicative, and very transparent with pricing. I paid less than $500 for repairs that Firestone quoted at over $1k, and it took only an hour. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

I had the best experience with this shop! Hands down. I had a 2012 Infiniti qx56 and the dealership told me that the engine was blown. The warranty company didn’t cover blown engines. Took it to this shop and Mr. Orlando did his diagnostic and found the real issue. The dealership had taken my money and lied. Once Mr Orlando and his staff was done the truck ran perfect. 4,000 miles later. It’s hard to find a trusted mechanic in the city. And I must say I found one when I came here!

Great experience. I have a 2002 Jeep and the AC went out in 90 degree weather. They got my Jeep fixed up and the air flowing the same day.

I’ve been to Georgetown several times. I initially came back in 2018/19 for a previous vehicle.
I first called in Feb about some work & learned that Georgetown is under new management than when I initially came. Mr Orlando is awesome! He’s very informative & patient. I absolutely feel confident about the work that he & his team does. I’m no expert but I know enough about cars to know when something sounds suspicious & I’ve been fortunate to receive honest, trustworthy information from Mr Orlando about the work being done & the work needed for my vehicle.
I would absolutely recommend the team at Georgetown Auto!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, taking the time to address all my concerns about my vehicle. Their knowledgeable mechanics quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs without any pressure. The service was prompt, and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable pricing. My car runs like new now! This has got to be the best repair shop ever. I found it with Google and saw that there were goods reviews and they not disappoint! They were professional, detailed and diagnosed my car accurately. They were quick with communicating my car issues and even called my mechanic back home in Kentucky to help solve the problem. What a wonderful thing to do. It just shows that they were very interested in getting the job done accurately!

Had this flashing check engine light show up on the dashboard for a while. The smooth drive of the car was impacted and I decided to google where I could get it fixed for a fair price. I found Georgetown Auto, booked an appointment and I was so pleased I found this spot.
Orlando and his team pay close attention to detail, they go a step further to give recommendations on other issues spotted.

Pricing is fair, and the service is excellent. The people there explained what was wrong with our car very thoroughly, and showed us with a flashlight all the damaged parts. I would definitely recommend this mechanic.

After hitting my side mirror in the garage, I thought my holiday was officially ruined until we found Orlando! He took such good care of us and had me out with a smile in less than 10 minutes. Will be telling everyone to go to Georgetown for any auto repair. Thank you Orlando!

Orlando will ROB you if you don't pay attention. Left my car with him to get it back running and he strait took advantage of me. He got it back running but over charged me on labor annnnnd parts.
I ended up having to bring it back to him multiple times because of faulty work on their part. And my car STILL ain't running right. Same problems STILL.
Beware! $150/hr is INSANE!

They are robbing. I went to them for fixing my car. Even they are unable to find the exact problem instead keep on changing the things that is not at all required. And the mechanic literally using Google to see where the parts are located. And they charged me 700$ for changing ignition coils and spark plugs and camshaft sensor (I bought the part) and this can be done in 400$. Don’t go they are just trying to make money.
