My Salesman, Peter, and the Sales Manager, Michael, were very knowledgable, patient and flexible. I'm loving my Mini so far!

Poor responsiveness from sales resulted in car being sold out from under me. Talked with Stephanie Chinwe Anokam at 12:30 on November 13th. She stated she had to get a final number from management and would get back to me. I emailed her again at 5:38 on November 13th inquiring status and noting the price had dropped. I heard nothing so I tried reaching out again at 1:56 on Nov 14th. Still no response. I was then contacted by Sander Moss at 2:48 on Nov 14th merely stating car was sold. Very poor internet sales! Coincidentally car is still listed for sale on November 15th on the website. Funny thing is that I was prepared to pay the price before the $1,000 drop on Nov 13th.

The customer service has continued to improve over the years. Rhiannon (aka Shea) was so patient and took the time to explain what needed to be a priority vs trying to upsell services (I just needed an oil change but also ended up with getting my micofilter changed). Shea highlighted services that could wait for a few months and was helpful in scheduling my next service appointment.
The virtual walk around under my car by the Technician (sorry you said yoir name too quick on the video but I did see Dannon on a ticket) was somewhat helpfu when it came to my tire thread and break pads,l but wished it went into a bit more detail. Lastly, I appreciated the Customer Relations Manger (Tanya) coming out of her office and greeting me as well as the other customer. Actually the entire staff as they walked through the area, greeted me. Thank you for the greetings because it makes your customers feel seen and it also shows that the staff is personable/approachable. I will continue to bring my car here for service!

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Daniel Duncanson. He was an exceptional service advisor who went above and beyond to assist me with my cousin’s birthday gift involving his Mini Cooper. The service here is truly outstanding. I cannot praise them enough—they consistently ensure that customers are well taken care of. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided. Thank you.

Well the sales men and managers will blatantly deceive, mislead and lie to you and use every pressure tactic to close a sale. I dropped by to check out the mini couper on 6/15/2024 but it was too small for our needs.
We liked the countryman s, and I had a fully paid off mint condition bmw 435i convertible, so we started talking numbers, it was late and we were hungry and the salesmen was non stop yapping the entire test drive so we wanted to leave and come back another day.
They obviously didn’t want us to do that. They gave us a low offer on the trade in, and when I told them how much I can get on private sale they lied and said I would still have to pay 7% sales tax on it ga so what they were offering was comparable.
We then asked how much would we loose on the purchase if we brought it back after a month or so, and at first they wouldn’t commit to a number, but then me and wife insisted on knowing what the potential depreciation would be. The salesman said, depending on market change of the car prices we wouldn’t loose more than 10% and explicitly stated around $4000. Based on these two statements and the fact we are tired and o have a headache and the dealership is closed already and Sunday all dealerships are closed. I the 4k didn’t sound like that big of a risk to drive the car for a few months and return if we didn’t like it.
Well surprise and surprise, when we tried to do that 2 weeks ago, they wanted 30% depreciation and had no intention of honoring their terms cause we didn’t get it in writing.
Not only that but they also wouldn’t remove around 2250$ of extras they tacked on at paperwork time of protections that they claim had already been applied, but when I called about a paint swirl I found on the car they said it isn’t their fault, and failed to follow up when they said someone will be out to check the car.
Don’t waste your time or money at this dealership and don’t trust a word they say!!

***UPDATE*** 8/21/24: The general manager contacted me the day after posting my initial review to offer compensation in exchange for removing my “nasty” review. I ultimately decided not to accept the offer, but this speaks volumes about their character.
Save yourself some trouble.

8/13/24: Ladies, beware of buying a used car from these guys especially if you don’t have basic car knowledge. I purchased a used car from Global Mini imports in November. The purchase process was difficult due to poor communication with one of the sales guys. At one point he even told me, “I’m not going to make any commission on this”, which I thought was unprofessional. But, that is not what this review is about.
I have replaced my tires 3 times since I’ve purchased the car, and it has been less than a year of having the car. When I initially purchased the car, the sales guy refused to tell me the tire measurements, because he did not want to be responsible for replacing the tires. He stated that if it was less than the state requirement, he would replace them, but he would not tell me the actual measurement. He ended up changing two of the tires as they were notably below the state required limit, but I was never told the measurement of the remaining tires. The brand new tires were installed to the front of the car, and they claimed to have given me an alignment. Although, I am unsure if the alignment was actually done.
A few month later (3-4) one of my new tires (front tires) blew out and when I went to replace it at my mechanic, he stated both of my front tires needed to be replaced. I purchased a new tire, but given the poor quality of my other from tire, the mechanic suggested I take the car back the Global Mini, because he did not believe new tires had been installed on the car. I went back to the dealership to discuss the issue with my tires, and was given a ton of push back from Tyrell, the sales manager. He basically said it was out of his hands and there was nothing they could do, even after seeing for himself how quickly the tires had worn down. He showed no compassion at all. I was even told by his manager that from a seller perspective, they wouldn’t put the good quality tires on there to save money. So he even admitted to putting poor quality tires on the car initially.
After contacting the general manager, they finally agreed to have their mechanic take a look at the car to see if any other issues were present with the car. The mechanic did not report any issues to me directly but the manager SUDDENLY agreed to get me a new tire and give me a small credit towards the tire I already purchased after refusing and giving me push back for hours. At the time, I didn’t understand the situation and was happy that they finally agreed to help me.
The new tires wore down within a few months. After taking it to get my tires replaced and another alignment, I was told that my wheel bearing needed to be replaced and that it was a result of an accident to the front of the car on the drivers side. The car fax only stated that there was a small fender bender to the back of the car, so this came as a huge surprise.
I believe the team was aware of this issue the entire time, and withheld this information to avoid covering the cost of the repairs. This makes me question the integrity of the sales and service team at this location, and I do not recommend that you purchase any more used cars from these guys.

I ran into serious dishonesty here. I agreed to one price, they changed the total price in the paperwork and didn't tell me before I signed. Luckily I caught it and complained to senior mgmt. They were accommodating and fixed the contract. I love the car but still have a bad taste in my mouth about it. First week of driving the car and the breaks are grinding. I was told during the buying process that the car was getting new breaks, oil-change and the hubcap would be fixed. I went again and was told they needed to order parts for my breaks and to come back Monday. Monday when I came in I was told everything was already done but they would check it out. They tried to deny that they told me that they needed to order parts. Gaslighting. 3 hours later they say it's done. One of the mgrs continually tried to say that it was all a misunderstanding and that no one intended to lie to me. I just didn't understand.

I needed a new car for a few years, but I continued to put band-aids on my car because I dreaded the "car-buying experience." After purchasing an SUV from Global Imports MINI in July 2024, I regret not buying a new vehicle sooner. I worked with Raymond at GIM, and he is a phenomenal salesman! He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I felt like Raymond wasn't as concerned about making a sale as he was about ensuring that I found the best car for my finances and needs. Our negotiations were fair, and I think I was given a great deal for a beautiful car. Although I live 2.5 hours from Chamblee, I will continue to buy from GIM and encourage my friends and family to do so as well.

I recently purchased a Mini from this dealership and I want to thank them for taking care of me. I had an unfortunate situation where immediately after purchasing the vehicle, it was found that a part was broken. The dealership DID NOT have to make things right but… they did! They fixed the issue at no cost, and turned what would have been a negative experience into an overwhelmingly positive one. The whole staff is great, Tanner, Ashley, Kevin, Wesley - can’t thank them enough. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thanks!

Unbelievable!! We just did MTTS 2024 from Albuquerque to Seattle starting in Florida, on the way home we went to Mt Rushmore. My first MTTS, my wife's second. Such a great event, so many great people along the way.
Coming home through Chattanooga and a Semi in front of us had some type of explosion. We were caught up in running over the debris and a the front tire went down. With zero tires available in Mini road side assistance had the car towed into the Chamblee Mini dealership in Atlanta which took about 5 hours.
Ashley had 7 of our size tire in stock and assured us from the very beginning if we got our car to her, she would get us on the road. The service was amazing, less than 15 minutes she had the tech check the under carriage for damage, new tire on and our car pulled up front!!!
I've worked in 7 dealerships for the last 8 years and never seen an advisor, or service manager for that matter, that would have handled this so fast. Pulling in at 4:45, most would have put it off to the next day.
Thank you Ashley!! I have you are getting the recognition you deserve for serving your customers so well. P
