I came by around 3:30 to drop off a few bags. As soon as I pulled up, a Black male worker with yellow-tipped dreads came outside already looking annoyed. Before I could even say a word, he cut me off, said “I’m on my break, come back in 30 minutes,” and immediately turned his back and walked away. The donation cart was literally right there, no one else was around, and it would’ve taken him maybe 10 seconds to let me drop the bags off. I come here to donate clothes to help people in need—not to be dismissed and treated like an inconvenience. What makes it worse is that the sign clearly said OPEN. If it had said CLOSED, fine, I would’ve understood. But to keep the open sign up and still refuse service with that kind of attitude is just unacceptable. This kind of customer service is ridiculous, and whoever’s running that location seriously needs to reevaluate who they have representing their organization.

Update: I came back not 30 minutes later, but 20 minutes before closing because that was the only time I could return to drop off the items. The same employee comes out again, already angry, yelling that he’s closed, even though the posted closing time is 6 PM. Keep in mind, this was 20 minutes before closing and he was already shutting down to leave. He snaps, “Just drop it off,” curses under his breath, and complains that he’s trying to go home. It’s frustrating because he refused to help me earlier, and now that I returned as soon as I could, I’m met with more attitude. I don’t have the luxury of his schedule—I came when I was able. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. This was terrible service. This employee should be fired immediately.

Pulled up to facility and two male workers refused to come get the things out of my trunk. One proceeds to argue with me about how I parked my car. The other decides to come out and get the bags and calls me a maniac because I parked sideways vs in a slot. The insult was unnecessary. Get your ass up and do your job!

Some tall guys with dreads screamed at my husband saying you all don’t accept carpet after a nice man had already said that. Didn’t even know he worked there since he was outside smoking a cigarette on the phone!! Should give him an extra course on customer service, or remove him completely.

Easy parking access and the attendants taking donations are friendly! It’s right next to a Kroger and Kroger Gas Station, so that’s convenient too.

after reading bad reviews, i thought yo give it a try. guy sitting there was helpful, came to door. opened and held the door for me so that i can walk in with stuffs in my both hands. helpful. i would recommend the place for donations.

The girl said nothing to me! Rude! I had to ask her to lift the big bag and I had to ask for a receipt. She seemed like I was a bother because she had to get out of her seat. I will not come here again ever. That way she can get paid for not doing her job.

This is a great place to drop off items you don't need anymore for donations. They are very friendly and helpful. Will help you with heavy items and take everything. Goodwill always gives you a receipt for tax purposes. There is handicap ♿️ parking available. Easy to drive in or out. Open on Sundays. I used to have different groups pick up my donations from my home, but after a number of no shows or not taking all items I go to Goodwill. A lot less frustrating ?

Attitude lady with brades came out and the only thing she said "we are not taking your trash, our dumpsters are full." Walked away. Me: I just came to make some donations for my auntie of good thing's i would give my friend's.
