Guardian Business Center was our company's home for distribution for nearly 6 years! The property owners are great and have excellent communication. They offer a variety in sizes of available work units from 100 sq. ft - 1000 sq. ft. in a climate controlled environment. Several docks for drivers to use when picking up or delivering freight. If you are a small to mid-size operation, I highly recommend this property!

I recommend this fabulous business because it's a winner, and I will definitely use Guardian again.The business center is contemporary, modern, and visually stimulating! Gorgeous place indeed! One may rent a private office, or one can save money by sharing an office with other business folks.The storage space/unit is very valuable for small time entrepreneurs, who wishes to do big time business. It's clean, large hallways but the best feature is their 'docks'! If you import your goods via fcl containers, then you cannot receive them unless you have a dock to back that delivery truck up to. Guardian Storage has about four docks or more. It made one feel good to be surrounded by so many business owners! Guardian has dollies, forklifts and other tools to make life easier while you are unloading or loading trucks up. In addition, I felt mega safe too.Guardian Storage staff and management are phenomenal, and professional! The experience made a difference in my life, and I admired all the business owners that use Guardian as well as everyday people.
