I love these guys. I was dropping in, and they responded to an Instagram dm really fast, and made sure I knew how to get inside the basement suite. Andy, Avery, Brandon, and Melonie were all very welcoming! The space is set up very well, with everything you could want for a great weightlifting experience! I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best weightlifting gyms in the country. I travel for work and frequently have to drop into gyms while on the road. This is BY FAR the best gym for Olympic weightlifting in the Atlanta area. The head coach is awesome and the whole team is welcoming. They've created a great little atmosphere for oly lifters with all the equipment and energy you need to be successful. Can't recommend this place enough!!

I competed in the weight lifting competition of the ghostly games through Allsouth Barbell this past weekend. I was coach-less and nervous, and James adopted me for the morning. I couldn’t have done it with out him. The people here have a genuine and deep passion for weightlifting with the knowledgeable and expertise to push them over the top. Allsouth Barbell Club is truly a family. Ever since day 1 I have felt SO welcomed and comfortable. The coaching is great and the members are so supportive. I recommend Allsouth to anyone looking to learn the Olympic lifts or perfect their technique. Everyone from absolute beginners to international competitors are welcome!

Going to CrossFit HD was an amazing experience. Would recommend to anyone in the area. They are super nice and welcoming to visitors and new members. Seamed to be a very close group that has a lot of fun!! I came from out of town over thanksgiving to see family and CrossFit HD/ barbell club welcomed me with open arms. I was training for the American Open and they had everything I needed to get my programming done (including kilo plates) took a lot of stress off me and It’s wonderful to have an experience like this when visiting.. can’t wait to visit again!

HD Barbell has an amazing facility and a great educated coaching crew and members. I am new to CF and just dropped in during my holidays ( I live in Chicago). I felt very welcome from coach Courtney, and all the members came and introduced themselves. The WOD class was very well organized, paced, yet challenging and fun; I truly like that at the end, Courtney gave us a extra stretching session, which I believe is so good for overall health. I highly recommend this gym. If I was living in Atlanta, this will be my CF box to go! Thank you Seán, Courtney , and HD Barbell community!
