I am 62 years old and an AARP member I book my car rental reservations through Expedia AARP travel desk each time I go to pick up a rental car I am told no available cars since I rented through a third party. Expedia AARP have been informed of these practices with no prior resolution

Ansolutely horrible location and staff. Staff closed office before pickup time. One employee came back because she forgot something and refused to serve us stating that now the time is 5:04. Absolutely horrible service and absolute disregard for the customer especially when Hertz allowed booking from 5:15 PM.

I have been going to this Hertz location for years and once the manager Charlene took over the customer service drastically improved. She is so organized and courtesy and the same is represented through her staff. I always book my cars well in advance because this is a popular busy location but she always makes sure a vehicle is ready and if there’s any issue someone will call you well in advance. So glad it’s under her management now because she is awesome!

Zero stars!We showed up to pick up confirmed one way rental home and the office was closed. They aren’t even open on the day I was scheduled to pick up. This now leaves me and my child stuck without a way home.Shame on me for trusting this location again after having a similar issue a year ago when I arrived to pick up reservation to find they did not have any inventory for my rental. No one helped me find another vehicle to get me to my grandmother’s funeral. Terrible customer service.My suggestion to avoid this location at all costs!

I wish I could give negative stars. Avoid at all possible cost. I assure you, it will be cheaper than committing to this place. Customer service is absolutely laughable. I will never rent from this location again.

The rudest front desk people ever. Them alone would make a customer rent from the competition. They need training and manners and it’s disappointing how bad of a representation they are for Hertz

I booked a compact suv and when I arrived they gave it away and/or had issues with people bringing rentals back. They left me no choice but for me pay for an upgraded vehicle and then gave me a car that was dirty on the outside with bugs all over the bumper and glass. When I commented on the dirtiness she first said that “the cars get dirty from people driving by.” I chuckled and said “this is from the previous driver.” So then she told me I could pull over to the manual car wash station. I didn’t have time for that. THEN, when I returned my vehicle I was charged a $100 upgrade fee which is garbage bc they made me upgrade bc it was the only vehicle they had… except for the really nice black Jeep that she said was reserved already. Lastly I was never treated with exceptional customer service but during my checkin a guy walked up and she was so bright eyed and cheery to him. When someone shows more favor to a coworker or peer than a kind customer who didn’t recieve the car they reserved etc, it’s poor service altogether. When Enterprise rental doesn’t have your reservation they upgrade you without charge bc it’s on them! I would NEVER recommend THIS LOCATION or Hertz. UPDATE! If you have an issue with Hertz locations their social media support is pretty fast, friendly, and responsive. They agreed with my concerns and are working to resolve the issues I listed above, right now…

I think the Manager's name is Charlene, but at any rate her and her staff are always efficient, pleasant, and professional. Never had to wait more than one customer. At this regional airport location, they may sometimes (always even;not sure) need to retrieve your vehicle from a nearby lot. So expect a little bit of a wait (10-20 mins depending on business level), but you'd wait that long in line at a busier location, so it's not much difference overall. The rates are very reasonable here as well. My favorite place to rent in Atlanta.

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!!! I rented a car from these people about a week ago and they have taken most of my money. During the payment process, you have to submit a down payment for the rental. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THAT MONEY BACK, NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU KEEP THE CAR. I’ve had the car for a day and they told me I couldn’t get the 350$ I put down for a payment back. THIS IS A SCAM!!

I was initially given a vehicle that was more than what my insurance would cover. Upon being notified within the first hour of the initial rental about this, my car insurance company arranged for me to swap out the car for one that fit within the correct budget. After Hertz picked up the car from my body shop, they charged me for the SUV instead of the compact vehicle that I swapped out for. This has resulted in an almost $600 charge to my card on file! I contacted billing and also walked into the office they said they submitted a claim on my behalf but won't provide any details of anything actually taking place via email and said it will take up to 21 days to resolve! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN! Customer service is horrible and the manager acted like she could care less about my issues. She would not even offer an apology! I understand mistakes happen, but why can I not get an email letting me know what you are working on this issue? There is no paper trail or accountability. NEVER AGAIN!This car rental started at the Marriott location and I was sent to this location to swap out the vehicle. This location manager does not care at all when there's an issue and they are at fault so beware! I wish that I could give them zero stars!
