Outstanding service! Hudson and Maranda were very helpful in getting our Ford Expedition rolling safely again within 24 hours. In addition to the great service, they have a software that sends out vehicle inspections via text, estimates and invoices that you can pay virtually as well. Very efficient business for a car repair shop. I was highly impressed. We will be coming back.

Blue Ridge Automotive is exceptional. Hudson and Miranda at the front desk were amazing—friendly, transparent, and on top of every detail. They kept me updated the whole time and made the entire process easy. The techs did great work, pricing was honest, and my car runs better than ever.
Highly recommend this shop—top-tier service from start to finish.

I would recommend Blue ridge automotive -Chamblee to anyone in need for a mechanic. Hudson and Miranda were great in getting me in quick and getting the problem solved fast and efficiently. Hudson is very knowledgeable and will take great care of you. 10/10

Blue Ridge Automotive took great care of our car! The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel confident that our car was in good hands. We’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend! Maranda and Hudson were amazing!! I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Very easy and quick to make an appt. Very professional and knowledgeable. Went in to have my AC fixed. Mission accomplished. AC is freezing me out just the way I like. I was kept up to date on the progress and the costs of the repair before doing the work. Highly recommend. Will be using them for future appts.

Maranda and Hudson were the team members on this particular visit. Unfortunate for us, we frequent them :) but they are always fantastic, super responsive and provide superior service. Always get a follow up a few days or so after the visit, and all the work done to our vehicles has been fantastic! Great people!

Great shop! I spoke to Hudson, Maranda and a couple of others and everyone was very kind, helpful and honest. I have been living in Dunwoody for a few years, but I have been committed to sticking to the mechanic shop that I was accustomed to; driving over an hour to get my car serviced.
I decided to try out a shop closer and I am very glad that I did.
I am more than satisfied with the work they provided. I am sticking with this shop.

Blue Ridge Automotive was extremely easy to deal with and we got an appointment very quickly. We found this company through our Costco membership and were thrilled to learn that they provided discounts. We had one minor issue after the work was completed, however I am still recommending and giving Blue Ridge Automotive 5 stars because their honesty and rapid response to correct the issue was very professional and understanding. We will return for any future car needs!

Blue ridge is always super helpful and prompt! I love that I can drop off and pick up my car after hours. Maranda explains everything thoroughly and is extremely kind and patient- not belittling like at some shops! Hudson got my Kia all fixed up!

I brought my 2013 Honda Accord EXL to Blue Ridge Automotive for 125k service and some other repairs. Maranda and Hudson were very helpful in explaining everything that would need to be done and got back to me with and estimate in a timely manner. My car runs perfectly now, and I will be bringing it back to Blue Ridge for the 130k service when it is time.

Best automotive service provider in the Chamblee area. Maranda, Jayson and Ed are the best up front and service providers. Always treat me great and at a fair price. I have a 2008 Pontiac GXP that is not a common car but they always get me back on the road quickly. I never take my car anywhere else.
