Lam is so efficient, so communicative, and SO nice! If I could give 10 stars I seriously would! He was so good with my car and got it fixed so fast even though it was a super slammed week for him! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Also, he knows his stuff!!! Genuinely cannot recommend this place enough.

Mr. Lam is 5-stars all the way. Our Kia Sorrento was stalling out after filling the gas tank. We took the vehicle to the Kia dealership, they told me all I needed was a new battery (overpriced at that) and we were good to go. Vehicle keep stalling out.
We took the car to Mr. Lam who diagnosed it, solved the issue and we've had no trouble since. Great service, fair pricing. Thank you Mr. Lam.

As we were passing through Norcross, our front tire started smoking. We were able to just pull into the shop. Even though they were super busy, the staff took the time to do a quick inspection and determined the car was unsafe to drive. They let us hang out while we arranged a tow truck to take the car back to our normal shop. They even gave us waters while we waited and genuinely cared to make sure we got home safely. If I lived in Chamblee, I’m certain I’d rely on this shop to take care of us.Thank you so much and Merry Christmas.
