I have been a customer for over 8yrs in different states. I have been at this location for 5 yrs and have seen such an improvement in the customer service and cleanliness of the location since Dee has taken on the responsibility for this location. He’s professional, competent, courteous, and well organized. If I can give him 6 stars I would.

Dee is awesome and has great energy! He helped me on a Friday at closing. Normally people would be agitated but he was a pleasure to talk to. He helped me get what I needed without any issues!

I just want to take the time to thank Dee for the empathy shown when I visited this location. Another employee was there and available, but only seemed to care about clocking out, and not really showing much compassion or empathy in regards to my situation.
Dee smiled, tried multiple attempts to help settle my account, as well as even tried to assist above and beyond with excellent service and resources. This is the talent that is well deserving of public service, and I want to thank him so much for putting some sun on a rainy day!

Every time I see the property manager Ebony on the property. She always asks me how I'm doing, how's your unit. Can I leave her a Google review based on my experience with Public Storage. I always say I'm going to do it. Today is the day. Ebony has been extremely amazing since I have been storing with Public Storage. I would recommend anyone who's in need of storage. To come on down to this location. Ttust me you will experience phenomenal customer service. Thank you, Ebony, for always greeting me, asking me how's my unit is and how I'm doing. That says a lot about who you are.
