I always have a great experience everytime I come in here. The staff is great and I’ve never given any props to Jalen for his patience and Hard work. I always come in and he is usually the one who always attends me. Aimee attends the employees I send over and I couldn’t ask for anything more. They both do a great job whenever I come in and I just wanted to express them both my gratitude with this review. I will not leave out the rest of the team however. They’re always working hard and I always notice how accommodating they are to customers!

Finally! A damn paint store where the employees know about the process of painting! Great store. And Jackie He, was very helpful in breaking down the commercial accounts that y'all offer. I appreciate yall. Thanks ??

Does not acknowledge customers as they come in. Very poor customer service. Store employees do not know how to multitask when they have several customers waiting.

Today is Sunday, July 2 at 11 in the morning and the store is closed and the sign here says that they open at 10 am because it is closed because they do not respect the hours. Why is close the schedule say open at 10? Almost 11 o'clock

I bought a mi-t-m generator that was defective from the factory
It was leaking oil and they sent me to a store to leave it so they could fix it and it will cover the warranty and it didn't cover anything and they made me pay the repair costs

I had an almost full two-yr-old paint can and wanted to get another can of the same product. The young woman who helped me suggested that I bring in the can of paint I had so she could make sure she matched the color exactly. She also asked if I had an account (which I did) and saved me some money.
