RENTER BEWARE. Like many others in the last several months our unit was broken into and burglarized. We had leased here for several years but the security has gone way downhill despite multiple increases in rent the last few years. Find yourself another facility with management who cares.

I do not recommend this storage facility any longer with the change in ownership. I came back from a trip out of town to find my storage unit was broken into and left wide open for who knows how long, and every time I attempt to contact the store, no one is physically on-site regardless of the operating hours and the phone calls continue to ring; no urgency seems to be given. The police officer I called to the unit mentioned the location is under investigation for repeated break-ins and theft, and she was unable to get into contact with the office several times as well.

Randomly upping my rent out of no where… after several break ins……..having the email go to spam is even worse because had I not went to go check my spam I would have never known ……yeah I’ll be removing my items shortly. Don’t worry.

Do not use. Terrible experience. My unit was broken into. The management left my storage unit door open and unsecure for weeks after they noticed it had been damaged and broken into. It was poorly communicated to me. Poor security. No property manager on site. Scheduled to meet management on site and they never showed up. Highly advise going elsewhere. I just moved all my items to another location. Several better alternatives nearby.
