Great experience. Great price. Great facilities. Clean. Bright. Plenty of carts. Super secure: code needed to access the parking lot and to enter the building and to operate the elevator. Great staff: LaQuinta and Alicia were both knowledgeable, outgoing, friendly, and reliable! This is our first experience with a storage facility and I can’t imagine anyone doing it any better!

Great customer service. This is my first time using a self storage space and I was impressed that Laquinta provided to me all the information I needed, showed me the space and gave me different options. I'm glad I decided to come over here. The process was clear, well explained, easy and fast.

Called the facility ahead of time to verify the location of my unit, concerned about walking around w/ a fractured foot. Alicia gave me directions over the phone, and then helped load my items on a dolly and into the unit itself. Great experience checking in and amazing Customer Service. Love how personable and friendly your staff is!

I use storage units often for work, and I am so glad to have found this location!The facility stays super clean, grounds are super safe, and location is super central.Management (hey Laquinta!) has been super wonderful to work with. Great facility!

Everytime I need to store I choose extra storage and I am never disappointed. This Is my first time coming to this location and my entire experience from check-in to move in was top tier. Laquinta helped me and she was amazing. Moves are so stressful and she really made one less thing stress me out. She made sure I didn’t have more space than what I needed, even done a tour to make sure what I picked online would suffice.This property is super CLEAN CLEEEANN, the A/C is cold, it smells good AND you get a lil music while you move. The elevators are huge super secure, entry doors are secure. This whole process was amazing. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a difference. I needed a larger space than the one I already had with another company. Extra Space Storage is Clean, Bright and Bustling with Tenants coming and going. Their management team was great also! They are professional, friendly and ready to answer questions, show available units and even offered solutions to my unique moving/storage needs — so different from the dark, moldy and expensive unit I was moving out of. I couldn’t wait to get my personal belongings into my new Extra Space Storage unit!Plus with the online deal I got from Extra Space I was able to get a larger space for less money!

The Extra Space Storage at the Chamblee location is perfect. Their online application took less than 10 mins and I got to my unit within an hour from the online reservation. Super friendly staff as well and clean facility.

Laquinta was my service person! She was extremely helpful. The process was easy and quick. It took roughly 10 minutes to do the storage unit walkthrough and process to get one. Easy access to the storage unit , definitely will recommend this place .
