The only bad thing is the slightly high prices of some products, but I see it as normal due to the import cost. “Just coming from Whole Foods Market across the street, I had a disappointing experience. However, my experience at Publix was much better. The employees were friendlier and I didn't feel uncomfortable. I went coupon shopping but didn't find any of the deals that were advertised for Publix. Nevertheless, I ended up buying some items that were on sale.
One thing I didn't like was seeing sliced meat that I could find cheaper elsewhere. The meat was marked down to $12.99, which made me wonder about its original price. It wasn't even the kind of meat you would get freshly sliced. Regardless, if I'm in the area, I would consider visiting this store again.”

“A very nice store with friendly employees and well-stocked shelves but also quite expensive. (Just… please don't abuse the employees or you'll ruin it for everyone.) The products are of good quality though, and are even stocked in straight lines with even distribution such that it pleases the eye. The cheerful, well-decorated atmosphere makes me come back over and over despite their ever-growing prices. I hope I can still afford to shop here next year!”

“The store was extremely crowded, so I had to wait a considerable amount of time to check out with only one item. The customer service representative informed me that they were unable to assist me. I waited patiently, but I observed that the cashiers were diligently trying their best to help the customers in the extremely long lines. It was a slow process, but they were doing their best.”
“Definitely the cheapest grocery store in the area. However, some of the items stocked on the shelves are expired, and there are frequent rearrangements of the store which means it can be hard to find certain items. The lines to checkout can be long but the cashiers usually keep them moving fairly quick.”

“I am not sure of the gentleman's name but I witnessed a true act of customer service. I work in a fortune 500 tech company and witnessed a true act if empathy. A customer left what looked like a small bag of produce. A manager. Not sure of his name. Tall, Caucasian, slim and was wearing a light brown cardigan and dark blue jeans. Run down a hill and parking lot until the customer stopped and grabbed her produce. A true act of bravery, empathy and lobe for the job. Please reach out to him and commend him.
