I brought my car in for what I thought was a brake issue. It turned out to be something else completely. They couldn't do the work that day, because a part had to be ordered. They were able to get the work done later in the week. I was able to get my car back the same day, which I really appreciated.

Patrick was super helpful and informative! He kept me updated throughout the process and explained my options so I could make an informed decision. At no point did he rush or pressure me to add on services, which I greatly appreciated, especially as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. Great service overall!

Poorly run shop, set an appointment a week in advance requesting a general preventative maintenance (throttle body cleaning service) service, I explained the advisor that took my call that I drive a turbo Lexus model car and even how much I was quoted by the dealership, after being told the estimate I specifically asked if they're sure due to the location of the throttle body on this car, he said yes multiple times. I show up for my appointment and 10 minutes after my car enters their shop, I'm confronted by 'Brian' I believe, and was told "yeah it's going to cost another $100". After attempting to discuss the conversation I had when making the appointment he nearly had a panic attack! He threw the invoice jacket on the desk and instantly told me to take it somewhere else, and that they don't have time to do the service (Remember the appointment). He kept stammering and came out after me giving me a lame analogy then rudely telling me to just "get out of here". I was never shown any invoice, walked around the vehicle with anyone, or asked to sign anything, huge red flags. I'm in disbelief how unprofessional this shop conducts business considering their overall good reviews.
