“The storage facility is in a very convenient location, easy to get in and out of. The on-site staff is very accommodating. I asked them to show me a couple of the units so that I can decide which one I wanted and they were very happy to do it. Their checkout system is done via video in the lobby and you get the same rate as the online rate Sam assisted me in checking out and she was lovely. You do get a discount if you have homeowners insurance so come prepared with a photo of your declarations page. Overall, it’s been a great experience”

From the moment I walked in, he guided me through the entire rental process with professionalism and patience. I wasn’t sure what size truck I needed, but Andrew took the time to explain everything clearly and recommended a 16-foot truck for my 2-bedroom move. He was absolutely right — it was the perfect fit and surprisingly easy to maneuver through apartment complexes.

“Rental process was great overall from beginning to completion. Excellent customer service. The local u-haul pickup location provided quick service. Truck was in great condition. We went through Moving Help.com to hire Luxury Lifters to load and unload our items. They also provided excellent service. I don’t remember the young men’s names, but they handled our items carefully and got the job done quickly without any damages. I want to say their names were Chris, Tarick or Terick and the young lady at the office, Che. Great company to work with if you want your items moved quickly. They were also respectful and kind. Overall satisfied with our move.”

“Rented Penske 26 foot. Lacoursiea Parker was so helpful. She advised me on all insurances to purchase and also made sure the contract was under my business ( profile) - she even came back to the office to check again to make sure paperwork was correct. The truck was spotless and filled with gas. I requested a new truck and they took note and delivered it. Very easy experience. Highly recommend. ( you have to purchase your own lock)”
“Wynn, Melissa, and Lauren (855 Northern Ave. Clarkston, Ga) have the #1 uhaul store in my book!!! I came in to rent a truck and noticed that my account had been tampered with. They helped me to figure out how to escalate it to the appropriate department in corporate. I have always had a pleasant experience coming to this location. I call myself a frequent flyer because I used them for ALL my moving/storage needs. Excellent customer service, empathetic, and genuinely caring for each customer's need. I can't thank them enough for all they do when I'm there and I need to rent.
Martha, via the eAlert department, was very kind and empathetic to my identity theft. She made sure to take an extra look to see how I could rectify my account. properly. She went above and beyond what was expected, considering the first time I spoke with someone. He was very disconcerning, nonchalant, and just downright rude. He acted as though he didn't even want to be at work. Must less, help me with my situation.

“This company is amazing! I was in the middle of moving when my car refused to start. The customer service representative I spoke with was fantastic! They immediately informed me that a driver was nearby and finishing up a job. The representative was friendly and made the situation stress-free. I received a call from the driver letting me know how long he would take to arrive and he was on time. He was also very pleasant and had no issues hooking up my car and moving it.”

“They had the only 22 foot truck in the area, I drove 45 mins to pick it up. Drove it off the lot with a trailer, and the check engine light came on. Called Penske, they had me go to a repair shop, it cost me 5 hours on the move day. The reason I’m rating them five stars is they gave me a decent amount of money back for my trouble. I would use Penske again before Uhaul hands down”
“Was renting motorcycle trailer on Saturday. Overall is a good experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Trailer was in good condition, but I lubricated the hand tighten nut myself- wish this is something they could do before pickup.
The only issue - I really wish that you will be able to provide the trailer lock with rental. So if you return the trailer after the office close - you can simply put the lock on and drop the key to lock box.
Keeping the trailer for the night without a need just to wait for office to open is ridiculous!”
