When I showed up for an appointment to install a hitch, they claimed the appointment was for a different day even though I showed them the paperwork verifying it was the correct date and location. No one at the location or the 800 number seemed to have any ability to take responsibility or get anything done. I ultimately got the work done somewhere else (Hitch House) that was easy and professional. Wish I had never wasted my time with U-Haul.

Easy and good service. 26 ft. long truck, brand new! Heavy load and the truck performed well! Vermont to Atlanta which is a long ride, could have been cheaper.

Great selection of trailers and trucks. The employees get everything done quickly and easily for you. I was in and out with a trailer in 10 minutes!

I like this location and the Clairmont one for convenience, but the customer service makes it really happen. Both inside and outside crews were spot on at NE Expwy. At Clairmont, they helped me this weekend also. My brother was moving. I especially liked the new truck at NE Expwy. But they're all good. Really clean and easy to use. Thanks very much.

Darrel/Darnell (not sure) was exceptionally kind, friendly, patient and helpful. He saw that I may need a little assistance with moving items from my truck into storage and helped me. Just because someone might not like their job or not want to be at work doesn’t mean that’s it’s okay to give attitude or not be pleasant to customers. I work in customer service too, I understand a day where you might not want to be there, but having just a bad attitude all together to customers that was already poorly service with their mobile pick up, is not right nor okay. And this man seemed to be a manager at this store, definitely won’t be using Uhaul again.

I don’t think the Uhaul employees I encountered there care about their job at all. Terrible experience here!
1. The trailer I rented was full of nails, the employees said “that’s ok, you won’t be charged for the nails in there”. Well I don’t want to be loading items into, and parking a trailer full of nails in my driveway! Basic job duty for them.
2. After hitching to the trailer and ready to go I asked the employee “Am I all good to go? Do I need to sign anything?” They said no so I left. 10 mins later they called me saying I didn’t sign my contract so I would need to come back. That’s a waste of my time! Basic stuff!
3. After completing my 24 hr rental I returned the trailer 15 mins before the return time. I get my receipt for the rental the next day and they have charged me for 2 days instead of 1 because they did not check my rental back in until the next morning. Now I have to call customer and request a refund bc once again the employees didn’t do their job!
Zero Stars for this location. My whole rental should have been refunded.
