I was surprised by all the bad reviews. This place is not spectacular but it is not bad either. There are a Kroger and Whole Foods nearby so maybe this place is just bad by comparison.You cannot see this Walmart from the main street. It is in the back of a strip mall or something. There is limited parking up top. The Walmart sits on top of a parking garage and you can park underground and take the escalator up. There is plenty of parking below and this design is extremely helpful when it is raining outside.This Walmart is extremely clean and there are very short lines. Majority of the lines are self check out. This location is not built for you to buy a week's worth of groceries. They probably have 40 self check out stations and 3 cashier lanes.Some of the carts are bad but there are plenty of good ones. I always find what I am looking for. Never had a problem here.

These people are rude and disorganized. I went to return moldy apples (they were in a sealed bag) after opening them an hour later and the obese light skinned lady with the glasses and a tall dark skinny woman were rude. The obese light skinned one was nasty and said customer service was closed when it was only 3 pm. She was rude when I asked follow up questions, which is my right. I wasted gas and time. These people need to be fired.

I shop at many Wal-Marts as I travel a lot. This one is slightly below average and that is all due to the management. Lack of good old fashioned customer service training.....it's almost non-existent here. There seem to be many employees wandering around, mostly slowly re-stocking shelves, etc. But I've asked employees for assistance on numerous occasions....and this is where things really fall apart. Last week, I was looking for Fels-Naptha bars of soap....which the website said were in stock. The first employee, "sorry, that's not my area". 2nd - "it should be with the bars of soap over in the pharmacy/drugstore/medicines area". Wrong - I wasted 10 minutes looking there - since they told me to go there. 3rd - "Why don't you just order it on-line and pick it up later?" - Really? I finally found it on my own. It's in the laundry detergent area. Another time, I was trying to ask a question of an employee (and they were playing with their phone and not minding me at all). Sam Walton is turning over in his grave somewhere. And this is NOT on these employees altogether.....it's on the MANAGERS. They have to teach them. Thank You.

I am quite certain that this is the absolute worst Walmart in the entire Atlanta area. They canceled my Delivery order and said that they attempted to deliver it, which was a complete fabrication because they had not. Furthermore, I had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to figure out what the problem was. Only to find out I was not gonna get any resolution of any kind of satisfaction from them. Since this time, I have found out that I am not the only person who has had issues with the store, and the store has had a substantial number of complaints so I would not recommend going there ever.

This is the WORST Walmart I have ever stepped a foot into. From the complete and utter rudeness to the LACK of customer service from an employee that I just experienced, I don't even know that 1 star is deserved, rather it is required to post this. Tip to the employee that I just endured: when a customer is speaking to you, ignoring them is not the right approach. If you hate your job that much - there are plenty of other places hiring.

I would not recommend this place, management at this Walmart is disorganized. There's no cashier for the checkouts, limited cashiers. And as always hard to find parking spots

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. "Mrs Keisha" was the rudest, most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. Refused to help me because she had to "pee" and told me I needed to wait an hour! She was not doing a thing besides flirting with toothless men that were in-line ahead of me. When I asked someone to come speak to her about her attitude and behavior she threatened her coworker! This lady needs to be fired and replaced with someone smart and with all of their teeth. Will never be coming back to walmart.

CHAMBLEE GA WALMART ROBBED MEFirst let me start off by saying not everyone in this place is bad. I don't typically write reviews but whoever's the young lady who's over security treated me like I was the biggest scam artist in the world. 2 hours before coming back to the store I purchased what I thought was a 50" Phillips smart tv to my surprise when I opened it it was a whole different brand inside (ONN) I came back to the store let them know what happened some man viewed the box said that's original taping on the box I responded ok well this is what came out of the box though. So now I'm standing around just waiting on a new tv I could've cared less about what I spent on it I just moved I just want what I paid for. A couple of workers are like if you worked here what would you think (which I could understand) and it sounded like they've had issues before with past customers but I'm not one of them I'm not a thief I'm not money hungry I just moved and would've loved to have my children's room fully prepared for them. Whoever's the head of security ended up coming to customer service I told her the story she immediately said we not taking the tv back I'm like huh I brought it from here I don't steal I just want what I paid for she took my receipt left for about 20mins came back and said yeah sir have a nice day we aren't taking that tv here. I kept my composure because I know thee assumption was that I am trying to scam but I was the victim and the way she started treating me while all I'm asking is basically so what am I suppose to do do I now just take a $300 lose i can't fathom how low people can make you feel when I did nothing wrong besides return something that shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place. SN: no Manager on Site no real help no answers. A complaint won't bring my children the tv I spent money on. Walmart it's important to do things the right way and treat people with kindness.

I recently had an issue with receiving a purchase from the Chamblee Walmart Vision Center and was fortunate enough to receive assistance from one of your customer service managers. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Ms. Wanda and her team. They were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful in resolving my issue with the incorrect address for my contact lenses. Their attentiveness and willingness to help left a lasting impression on me and I will be sure to recommend Walmart's Vision Center to others because of their exceptional customer service. Thank you, Ms. Wanda and the team for going above and beyond to assist me. Your dedication to your job is truly appreciated!

Not much to say. Unlike most people I have no shame saying I shop at Wal Mart! This store is generally clean, and organization of items and presentation has gotten ALOT better. My main issues is the Pick-Up when ordering on the app. I've been using the app since last year and love the convenience of it, however this particular Wal Mart continues to slip, trip and fall! Every time I schedule a pickup its delayed. Be mindful of that! If you order, give yourself about a 2 hour window, as they will delay the pick-up and have you waiting upon arrival again, to actually pick- up your items. Aside from that, that's really it. The pick-up process is currently trash as it's always delayed, then you wait 30 min-1hr to actually get your items. Wal Mart Chamblee need to FIGURE OUT the COVERAGE you need and the SCHEDULE of arrivals.

Drive all the way here for two items that showed as in stock online. They didn't have either item. One of the items said they had 81 in the their inventory system . Might as well pay the couple extra dollars and stick with Target!

Horrendous! Shelves are empty and the store is a mess. They have no carts for customers because the employees are using them throughout the store.
